Claims (10)
- 磁性粒子を引き寄せるための磁場を形成している複数個の誘導磁石100と、
前記誘導磁石100がそれぞれ挿入されており固定されている誘導磁石固定ホール210を有する誘導磁石固定部200と、
前記誘導磁石固定部200と結合され、前記誘導磁石100が配列されている位置に対応して高さ方向に沿って形成されている流入ホール310、及び、一の流入ホール310aと前記一の流入ホール310aに隣接している他の流入ホール310bを区分している区画壁320を有する本体300と、
を備えることを特徴とする磁性粒子分離装置。 - 前記区画壁320には、
前記区画壁320の長さ方向に沿って形成されている挿入ホール321と、
前記流入ホール310に挿入されるチューブTの外周面を圧迫して前記チューブTを前記本体300に固定させる、前記挿入ホール321に挿入されているチューブ固定部322と、
が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁性粒子分離装置。 - 前記本体300は、
前記区画壁320を長さ方向に沿って貫通しており、前記流入ホール310を形成している内側壁312に形成されている溝部360と、
前記流入ホール310に挿入されるチューブTの外周面を圧迫して前記本体300に固定させる、前記溝部360に挿入されているチューブ固定部322と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁性粒子分離装置。 - 前記流入ホール310に前記チューブTが挿入されるときに、前記チューブの底面BSと前記流入ホール310の底面311とが所定距離t離れているように、前記流入ホール310の深さDは前記チューブTの長さLよりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の磁性粒子分離装置。
- 前記誘導磁石100がそれぞれ挿入されており固定されているように、前記誘導磁石固定ホール210の端部211が突き出ていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の磁性粒子分離装置。
- 前記誘導磁石固定部200では、前記誘導磁石固定ホール210が形成されている面の端部に、前記本体300と結合させるための第1結合磁石230を受容している第1結合磁石固定ホール220が形成されており、
前記本体300では、前記第1結合磁石230の磁力によって前記誘導磁石固定部200と結合されるように、前記第1結合磁石固定ホール220に対応する位置に第2結合磁石340を受容している第2結合磁石固定ホール330が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の磁性粒子分離装置。 - 前記誘導磁石100の一端部は前記誘導磁石固定部200の誘導磁石固定ホール210に固定されており、前記誘導磁石100の他端部は上方向に突き出ており、
前記区画壁320と隣接している他の区画壁320aとの間に前記誘導磁石100が配されている空間が前記本体300の下部に設けられるように、前記流入ホール310の上部の断面積よりも前記流入ホール310の下部の断面積の方が小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁性粒子分離装置。 - さらに、前記本体300と前記誘導磁石固定部200との間に配されている本体位置固定部400を備え、
前記本体位置固定部400は、
前記誘導磁石100が固定されている前記誘導磁石固定部200に前記本体300が固定されるように、前記本体300の外周面を圧迫している圧迫部410と、
前記圧迫部410を受容しており固定している受容部420と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の磁性粒子分離装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の磁性粒子分離装置を用いる核酸またはたんぱく質の分離及び精製方法であって、
磁性粒子を用いて核酸を分離するために遺伝子物質に前記磁性粒子を混ぜて前記チューブTに注入する段階S100と、
前記本体300に前記チューブTを固定させる段階S200と、
前記誘導磁石100が固定されている前記誘導磁石固定部200を前記本体300と結合させる段階S300と、
前記誘導磁石100によって形成されている磁場によって、前記遺伝子物質と結合された磁性粒子が前記誘導磁石100に向かって引き寄せられる段階S400と、
前記遺伝子物質と結合された磁性粒子を除かれた残余液体を前記チューブTから除去する段階S500と、
前記本体300から前記誘導磁石固定部200を分離して前記本体300に印加された磁場を除去する段階S600と、
を含むことを特徴とする核酸またはたんぱく質の分離及び精製方法。 - さらに、前記磁場を除去する段階S600の後に、前記チューブT内で前記磁性粒子から核酸またはたんぱく質を分離するために、前記チューブTに洗浄液または分離液を注入する段階S700を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の核酸またはたんぱく質の分離及び精製方法。
