一种通用型磁性分离架,属于生物医学技术领域。本实用新型包括:主架体、钕铁硼高强度磁性材料、可卸式搁板。主体架一侧有直径28mm和直径16mm的孔,用于侧立时放置50ml和15ml的离心管。主体架中间的槽内可放置钕铁硼高强度磁性材料。主体架上端有滑槽,可将带有各种不同孔径尺寸的可卸式搁板推入后放置相应尺寸的离心管。本实用新型装置简单易用,可同时适用于多种体积的离心管,提高了磁性分离架的通用性,实现了“一架多用”,降低了使用成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生物医学技术领域的装置,具体是一种通用型磁性分离架。主要用于从溶液中富集磁性材料,从而实现磁性材料与液体的分离,特别适用于生物材料的分离。
背景技术
磁分离技术在细胞生物学、免疫学、治疗学、诊断学和药学等的分离中的应用越来越广泛,例如蛋白质和酶的固定,免疫分析,RNA和DNA的纯化,细胞分离和药物载体等等。与常用的分离方法如沉淀法、离心法、离子交换法和各种层析方法相比,磁分离技术具有方便快捷、所需设备简单、分离速度快、提取效率高等特点,有利于保持样品性质,特别是生物活性等优点。
磁分离架是一种结构简单、使用方便的磁分离设备。使用时将装有样品的离心管放入磁架孔中,样品中的磁性材料会富集于靠近磁分离架支柱一侧的管壁,然后用移液器将液体吸走即可实现磁性材料从溶液中的分离。
纳米磁珠的生物磁分离技术在应用中需通过强磁将带有磁性标记的细胞或生物吸附,现有各种类型的磁性分离架专用性强,一种类型的磁性分离架只适用于一至二种规格的离心管配套使用,这样在使用过程中对样品的体积就有限制,而且要针对不同的样品体积配备不同的磁分离架。因此,有必要开发出能方便地适应各种不同管径离心管使用的磁分离架。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有磁性分离架通用性不强的问题,提供一种使用方便、适合多种离心管使用的通用型磁性分离架。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的,本实用新型是一种搁板可卸换的磁分离架,包括:主架体、钕铁硼高强度磁性材料、可卸式搁板。主体架一侧有直径28mm和直径16mm的孔,用于侧立时放置50ml和15ml的离心管。主体架中间的槽内可放置钕铁硼高强度磁性材料。主体架上端有滑槽,可将带有各种不同孔径尺寸的可卸式搁板推入后放置相应尺寸的离心管。
本实用新型特点是采用了可卸式搁板,不同类型的离心管在使用时只须方便地更换相应不同类型孔径的可卸式搁板即可。另外,当分离架侧立时侧端的孔则可用于放置50ml和15ml的离心管。从而使本实用新型可适用于各种尺寸(0.5-50ml)的离心管。
本实用新型主体架中间的槽内可放取钕铁硼高强度磁性材料。推入可卸式搁板后可搁置所需规格的离心管。离心管内带有磁性标记的细胞或生物则在强磁场的作用下实现分离,吸附在离心管壁上,完成分离过程。
本实用新型装置简单易用,可同时适用于多种体积的离心管(0.5-50ml),提高了磁性分离架的通用性,实现了“一架多用”,降低了使用成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括:主架体1、钕铁硼高强度磁性材料2、两个可卸式搁板3、4。
所述的主体架1,其一侧有直径28mm和直径16mm的孔,用于侧立时放置50ml和15ml的离心管。
所述的主体架1,其中间设有槽,该槽内放置钕铁硼高强度磁性材料2。
所述的主体架1,其上端有滑槽,两个可卸式搁板3、4通过该滑槽与主体架1连接。
所述的两个可卸式搁板3、4,其上设有各种不同尺寸的孔,可卸式搁板3、4推入主体架1上的滑槽与主体架1连接,两个可卸式搁板3、4上设置的各种尺寸的孔用来放置相应尺寸的离心管。
所述的两个可卸式搁板3、4,可以拆卸、更换,其上设置的孔径尺寸可以根据实际使用需要来更换,以实现通用性。
本实用新型主体架1中间的槽内可放取钕铁硼高强度磁性材料2。推入两个可卸式搁板3、4后可搁置所需规格的离心管。离心管内带有磁性标记的细胞或生物则在强磁场的作用下实现分离,吸附在离心管壁上,完成分离过程。

1、一种通用型磁性分离架,包括:主架体(1)、钕铁硼高强度磁性材料(2)、两个可卸式搁板(3、4),其特征在于:所述的主体架(1),其中间设有槽,该槽内放置钕铁硼高强度磁性材料(2),主体架(1)上端有滑槽,两个可卸式搁板(3、4)通过该滑槽与主体架(1)连接,所述的两个可卸式搁板(3、4),其上设有各种孔径尺寸的孔,离心管放置在相应的孔内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的通用型磁性分离架,其特征是,所述的主体架(1),其一侧设有孔。
3、根据权利要求1或者2所述的通用型磁性分离架,其特征是,所述的主体架(1),其侧面的孔直径分别为28mm和16mm,用于放置50ml和15ml的离心管。
4、根据权利要求1所述的通用型磁性分离架,其特征是,所述的两个可卸式搁板(3、4),其上设置的孔,孔径尺寸根据实际需要设置。
