[0001]本願は、内容が全体において本明細書に参照によって組み込まれている、2009年10月16日に出願した米国仮特許出願第61/252,390号に対する優先権を主張するものである。
Claims (15)
- 基部と、
試料管を受け入れるための受け入れ部と、
前記受け入れ部に熱を選択的に加えるように前記基部に結合した加熱部と、
前記基部に結合しており、前記受け入れ部を支持し、前記基部に対して前記受け入れ部を選択的に動かす加振部と、
前記基部に結合しており、前記受け入れ部に対して磁場を選択的に変化させるように移動可能な磁化部と
を備える、試料管の液体試料を処理するための装置。 - 前記加熱部が抵抗加熱器を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱部が、前記加振部と共に動くように前記加振部に結合している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱部が、前記受け入れ部に結合している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱部が、抵抗膜加熱器を備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記受け入れ部が、前記磁化部を受け入れるための開口部を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記磁化部が、
第1の軸を有し、前記第1の軸のまわりで回転するために前記基部に回転可能に結合した第1の磁石ホルダと、
前記第1の磁石ホルダに固定的に結合した複数の第1の磁石と、
第1の軸方向と第2の軸方向との間で前記第1の磁石ホルダを選択的に駆動する磁石駆動機構と
を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 磁極が前記第1の軸に対して実質的に垂直に配向された状態で前記複数の第1の磁石が配置されている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の第1の磁石のうちの隣接する磁石が、実質的に同様の磁極配向を有する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の第1の磁石のうちの隣接する磁石が、実質的に逆向きの磁極配向を有する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記磁化部が、
第2の軸を有し、前記第2の軸のまわりで回転するために前記基部に回転可能に結合した第2の磁石ホルダと、
前記第2の磁石ホルダに固定的に結合した複数の第2の磁石であって、前記磁石駆動機構が第3の軸方向と第4の軸方向との間で前記第2の磁石ホルダを選択的に駆動する、複数の第2の磁石と、
をさらに備える、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記加振部が、前記基部に対して前記受け入れ部を軌道運動で回転させるように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加振部が、
プラットフォームと、
前記基部に結合したプラットフォーム駆動モータ、および、前記プラットフォームに結合した軌道駆動部を含むプラットフォーム駆動アセンブリと
を備える、請求項12に記載の装置。 - 前記プラットフォーム駆動アセンブリ、加熱部、および磁石駆動アセンブリを選択的に制御し、前記プラットフォーム駆動モータの動作中における前記磁石駆動アセンブリの動作を防止するためのロジックを含むコントローラをさらに備える、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記基部に対する前記磁化部の位置を測定して第1の信号を生成するための磁石位置センサをさらに備え、前記コントローラが、前記第1の信号を受信し、前記第1の信号に部分的に基づいて前記プラットフォーム駆動アセンブリを選択的に動作させる、請求項14に記載の装置。
