Claims (13)
- ソノトロードと、それに対して任意に振幅変換器を介して接続されたコンバーターと、対応ツールとを有する超音波振動ユニットを有し、材料ウェブを加工するために、ウェブをソノトロードと対応ツールとの間の間隙を通過させ、超音波振動ユニットが、その超音波振動ユニットを力方向、すなわち対応ツールの方向又は離れるようにキャリッジと共に移動させることができるように対応ツールに対して移動可能なキャリッジに固定され、材料ウェブによってソノトロードに加えられる力を測定する力センサが設けられた材料ウェブの超音波加工装置において、
ソノトロードとキャリッジとが、力センサを有するセンサコンポーネントを介して互いに接続されたことを特徴とする超音波加工装置。 - ソノトロードとキャリッジとが、2つの力センサを有するセンサコンポーネントを介して互いに接続され、
一方の力センサは、加工対象の材料によって力方向に対して平行にソノトロードに加えられる力が測定されるように配置され、
他方の力センサは、加工対象の材料によって力方向に対して垂直にソノトロードに加えられる力が測定されるように配置された請求項1に記載の装置。 - キャリッジを力方向に対して平行に移動させる駆動部が設けられ、好ましくは、駆動部が、例えばトグルレバーシステムのような力撓みシステムを介してキャリッジに接続された請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- センサコンポーネントが、少なくとも2つの接続要素を介して互いに接続された2つのプレート要素を備え、
一方のプレート要素が超音波振動ユニットに接続されるとともに、他方のプレート要素がキャリッジに接続され、
少なくとも1つの力センサが接続要素に固定された請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 一方の接続要素が他方の接続要素よりも対応ツールの近くに配置され、
好ましくは、2つの力センサが設けられ、一方の力センサは、加工対象の材料によって力方向に対して平行にソノトロードに加えられる力が測定されるように、対応ツールから遠くに配置された接続要素上に位置付けられるとともに、
他方の力センサは、加工対象の材料によって力方向に対して垂直にソノトロードに加えられる力が測定されるように、対応ツールの近くに配置された接続要素上に位置付けられた請求項4に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも4つの接続要素が設けられ、それらを介してプレート要素が互いに接続され、各2つの接続要素が、対応ツールから等しく離間している請求項5に記載の装置。
- 2つのプレート要素が、略同一平面に配置され、
好ましくは一方のプレート要素が、他方のプレート要素が配置される開口部を有する請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 力センサがひずみゲージを有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 2つのプレート要素の、力方向及び力方向に対して垂直な方向の両方における互いに対するモビリティが、20μm/kN未満、好ましくは10μm/kN未満、最も好ましくは3μm/kN未満である請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 力センサが圧電センサである請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 圧電センサが、一方のプレート要素が他方のプレート要素にかける力が検出されるように、両方のプレート要素に固定され、好ましくは圧電センサが材料ウェブによってソノトロードに対して力がかけられていないときでも圧電センサが力を測定するように付勢されている請求項4に従属する限りの請求項10に記載の装置。
- 圧電センサが、加工対象の材料によって力方向に対して平行にソノトロードに加えられる力が測定されるように、センサコンポーネント上に配置された請求項10又は12に記載の装置。
- 2つの力センサが設けられ、一方の力センサは加工対象の材料によって力方向に対して平行にソノトロードに加えられる力が測定されるようにセンサプレートに固定された圧電センサであり、
他方の力センサは好ましくはひずみゲージを有し、加工対象の材料によって力方向に対して垂直にソノトロードに加えられる力が測定されるように、接続要素上に、より具体的に好ましくは対応ツールの近くに配置された接続要素上に位置付けられた請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
