Claims (8)
- 回転ボウルを備えたデカンタ型遠心分離機であって、この回転ボウルが、少なくとも一つの固体排出口と、少なくとも一つの清澄水排出口とスクリューコンベヤを備えており、このスクリューコンベヤが、差動回転速度で同じ方向に回転される前記回転ボウル内部で同軸に配置されており、
分離されるべきフィードサスペンションが、スクリューコンベヤの端部に固定されかつ少なくとも一つの軸受に支承された中央供給管を通って、前記回転ボウルと前記スクリューコンベヤの間に形成されたリング状の空間に案内されており、
かつ遠心力により固相と液相に分離されることができ、従って前記固相が前記固体排出口から排出され、前記液相が前記清澄水排出装置から排出されるデカンタ型遠心分離機において、
液相導管を備え、この液相導管が軸受の外側の液相を案内するシャフト内に配置されており、液相排出弁が前記回転ボウルとスクリューから離れて対向する側の軸受の外側に設けられており、供給管の端部にある封止部が液相導管に取囲まれていることを特徴とするデカンタ型遠心分離機。 - 供給管の端部にある封止部が二重の軸方向封止部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 清澄水のための液相出口が軸受と封止部の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 液相排出弁が調節されることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 液相排出弁がデカンタ型遠心分離機の運転中に調節されることができることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 液相排出弁がモータにより調節されることができることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 潤滑水のための流路が、回転スクリューの端部で二つのシールと軸受の間に設けられており、前記流路が回転ボウルのシャフトと回転スクリューのシャフトの間に同心状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
- 液相導管が回転ボウルのシャフト内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離機。
