実質的に平坦な導電性のフィラメント配列を含む流体透過性ヒーター組立品を含み、前記流体透過性ヒーター組立品が前記ハウジングに固定され、前記ハウジングの前記開口部を横切って延び、
前記導電性フィラメント配列の面積が25mm2未満である、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記ヒーター組立品が実質的に平面である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。

複数の導電性フィラメントを含む流体透過性ヒーター組立品であって、流体透過性ヒーター組立品がハウジングに固定され、ハウジングの開口部を横切って延びるものとを含む。 - ヒーター組立品が実質的に平面である、請求項16に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記複数のフィラメントがメッシュを形成する、請求項16または17のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記複数のフィラメントが互いに平行に配列された複数のフィラメントから成る、請求項16または17のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分の前記ハウジングが毛細管材料を含む、請求項16〜19のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料が前記フィラメント間の隙間内に延びる、請求項20に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料が第一の毛細管材料および第二の毛細管材料を含み、前記第一の毛細管材料が前記ヒーター組立品と接触し、前記第二の毛細管材料が前記第一の毛細管材料と接触しかつ前記ヒーター組立品と前記第一の毛細管材料によって間隙を介しており、前記第一の毛細管材料が前記第二の毛細管材料よりも高い熱分解温度を持つ、請求項20または21に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が第一の材料でできた少なくとも一つのフィラメントおよび前記第一の材料とは異なる第二の材料でできた少なくとも一つのフィラメントを含む、請求項16〜22のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が、フィラメントがその上に支持される電気的に絶縁された基体を含み、前記フィラメントが前記基体内に形成される開口部を横切って延びる、請求項16〜23のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が複数の前記フィラメントと接触する導電性接点を持つ、請求項16〜24のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が側方の平面内に延び、前記導電性接点が前記液体貯蔵部分の前記ハウジングを超えて側方に延びる、請求項25に記載のカートリッジ。
- 電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システムで使用するためのカートリッジの製造方法であって、
開口部を持つハウジングを備える液体貯蔵部分を提供する工程と、
前記液体貯蔵部分を液体エアロゾル形成基体で充填する工程と、
複数の導電性フィラメントを含む流体透過性ヒーター組立品を液体貯蔵部分に固定する工程であって、流体透過性ヒーター組立品が液体貯蔵部分のハウジングの開口部を横切って延びるものとを含む。
