Claims (16)
- 液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持するための液体貯蔵部分を有するエアロゾル発生システムで使用するヒーター組立品であって、
エアロゾルを形成するために前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するための電気ヒーターと、
前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記エアロゾル発生システムの前記液体貯蔵部分から前記電気ヒーターに運ぶための毛細管本体と、を備え、
前記電気ヒーターが、前記毛細管本体の外表面上に配設されていて、かつ導電性材料の多孔性シートを備える加熱層を備え、
前記多孔性シートが、毛細管作用によって前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持するためにその下面上に複数の陥凹部を画定するように形作られ、かつ前記複数の陥凹部の各々の少なくとも一部が前記毛細管本体の前記外表面から直交方向に離隔される、ヒーター組立品。 - 前記多孔性シートがエンボス加工され、かつその上面上に複数の隆起部分をさらに備え、前記複数の陥凹部が前記複数の隆起部分によって画定される、請求項1に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記多孔性シートが波型である、請求項2に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記多孔性シートが複数の開口部を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記複数の開口部が、前記多孔性シートの第一の領域内に位置する開口部の第一の組と、前記多孔性シートの第二の領域内に位置する開口部の第二の組とを備え、前記開口部の第一の組の平均サイズが前記開口部の第二の組の平均サイズと異なる、請求項4に記載のヒーター。
- 前記複数の陥凹部の各々が、断面で見た時に、前記陥凹部の最も深い点に、またはその近傍に位置付けられた単一の開口部を有するように、前記複数の開口部が配設される、請求項4または請求項5に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記多孔性シートがその下面上に毛細管多孔性被覆を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記多孔性シートが第一の多孔性シートであり、かつ前記電気ヒーターが、前記第一の多孔性シートと平行に、かつ前記第一の多孔性シートと前記毛細管本体の間に位置付けられている、第二の多孔性シートをさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記第一の多孔性シートおよび前記第二の多孔性シートが各々複数の開口部を備え、前記第一の多孔性シートの前記複数の開口部が前記第二の多孔性シートの前記複数の開口部から横断方向にずれていて、かつ前記第一の多孔性シートおよび前記第二の多孔性シートが、前記第一の多孔性シートおよび前記第二の多孔性シートのうちの一方または両方の前記複数の開口部が前記第一の多孔性シートおよび前記第二の多孔性シートのうちのもう一方の穴が無い領域によって閉じられている閉位置から、前記第一の多孔性シートおよび前記第二の多孔性シートの少なくとも一部分が空間によって分離されている開位置に相互に対して移動可能である、請求項8に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記第一の多孔性シートおよび前記第二の多孔性シートのうちの一方または両方が加熱に伴い前記閉位置から前記開位置に自動的に変形するように、前記第一の多孔性シートおよび前記第二の多孔性シートが、異なる熱膨張係数を有する異なる材料から形成される、請求項9に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が、前記第一の多孔性シートおよび前記第二の多孔性シートのうちの一方または両方を前記閉位置と前記開位置の間で選択的に移動するためのアクチュエータをさらに備える、請求項9または請求項10に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記電気ヒーターが、前記第一の多孔性シートおよび前記第二の多孔性シートと平行に、かつこれらの間に位置付けられている第三の多孔性シートをさらに備える、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記第二の多孔性シートおよび前記第三の多孔性シートが各々複数の開口部を備え、前記第二の多孔性シートの前記複数の開口部が前記第三の多孔性シートの前記複数の開口部から横断方向にずれていて、かつ前記第三の多孔性シートが、前記第二の多孔性シートの前記複数の開口部が前記第三の多孔性シートの穴が無い領域によって閉じられている閉位置から、前記第二の多孔性シートおよび前記第三の多孔性シートの少なくとも一部分が離隔されている開位置に移動可能である、請求項12に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記第三の多孔性シートが前記閉位置にある時に、前記第一の多孔性シートが、前記第一の多孔性シートと前記第三の多孔性シートの少なくとも一部分が第一の間隔によって分離されている第一の位置から、前記第一の多孔性シートと前記第三の多孔性シートが前記第一の間隔より小さい第二の間隔によって分離されている第二の位置に、直交方向で移動可能である、請求項13に記載のヒーター組立品。
- エアロゾル発生システムで使用するカートリッジであって、液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持するための液体貯蔵部分と、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のヒーター組立品と、を備える、カートリッジ。
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
エアロゾル発生装置と、
請求項15に記載のカートリッジと、を備え、
前記カートリッジが前記エアロゾル発生装置に取り外し可能に連結され、かつ前記エアロゾル発生装置が前記ヒーター組立品のための電源を含む、エアロゾル発生システム。
