Claims (21)
- 支持面に安定して載るベースと、前記ベースの上方に位置する上部であって、前記ベースと上部の間の空隙は、人間の手を受け入れる大きさであって、流体貯蔵器を受け入れる大きさの空洞と、前記上部の下面を通過して前記空洞に直接延びる開口部と、を構成する上部を備えるハウジングと、
前記空洞内に位置する押圧部材と、
前記押圧部材に接続され、前記開口部に向かう方向及び前記開口部から離れる方向の少なくとも一方において、前記押圧部材を付勢するアクチュエータと、
を備えるディスペンサー。 - 前記流体貯蔵器は、前記空洞内に位置しているとともに、その先端部に圧力作動式の穴を有するネックを備え、前記ネックは、前記開口部を通過して延びる、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー。
- ディスペンサーの前記ベース以外の部分が、前記圧力作動式の穴に対して垂直下方の流路内に位置しない、請求項2に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記ハウジング内に搭載され、前記アクチュエータに動作可能に接続されるコントローラを更に備え、前記コントローラは、前記アクチュエータを選択的に作動させる、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記ハウジングに搭載され、前記空隙内での動きを検出する近接センサーを更に備え、
前記近接センサーは、前記コントローラに動作可能に接続され、前記コントローラは、前記近接センサーの出力に応じて前記アクチュエータを作動させる、請求項4に記載のディスペンサー。 - 前記近接センサーは、前記上部内に搭載され、前記コントローラは、前記ベース内に搭載される、請求項5に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記上部内に搭載される発光デバイスを更に備え、前記上部は、前記発光デバイスよりも下方に位置し、下方に面する半透明のパネルを備える、請求項6に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記コントローラは、前記空隙での動きを前記近接センサーが検出することに応じて、開始位置及び終了位置を含む、互いに離間した複数の位置に前記アクチュエータを作動させる、請求項5に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記コントローラは、前記終了位置に位置する前記アクチュエータを検出することに応じて、前記アクチュエータを前記開始位置に作動させる、請求項8に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記空洞に熱接触する温度制御素子を更に備える、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記温度制御素子は、発熱素子を備える、請求項10に記載のディスペンサー。
- 支持面に安定して載るベースと、前記ベースの上方に位置する上部であって、前記ベースと前記上部の間の空隙は、人間の手を受け入れる大きさであって、前記上部は、空洞と、前記上部の下面を通過して前記空洞に直接延びる開口部と、を構成する上部を備え、前記空洞は、ネックを備えて折りたたみ可能な流体貯蔵器のボディを受け入れ、前記開口部は、前記空洞内に前記流体貯蔵器のボディが位置する時に、前記折りたたみ可能な流体貯蔵器のネックを受け入れる、ハウジングと、
前記空洞内に位置し、前記折りたたみ可能な流体貯蔵器の前記ボディに接触する押圧部材と、
前記押圧部材に接続され、前記押圧部材を、前記開口部に向かう方向及び前記開口部から離れる方向に付勢するアクチュエータと、
前記上部に搭載され、前記空隙内での動きを検出し、この動きの検出に応じて出力を生成する近接センサーと、
前記アクチュエータ及び前記近接センサーに動作可能に接続され、前記近接センサーからの前記出力を受け取ることに応じて、前記アクチュエータを作動させるコントローラと、
を備えるディスペンサー。 - 前記アクチュエータは、第一方向で前記押圧部材を付勢し、
前記上部は、前記第一方向に対して略垂直な角度を有し、前記開口部の第一側面に対してオフセットした停止面を備え、
前記押圧部材は、前記開口部から上方に延びて、前記第一方向に略平行な垂線を有する押圧面を備えるとともに、前記開口部のうち、前記第一側面の反対側の第二側面に位置する、請求項12に記載のディスペンサー。 - 前記上部は、前記第一方向と直交する方向に延びるレールを構成し、前記押圧部材は、前記レールをスライド可能に支持する、請求項13に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記折りたたみ可能な貯蔵器は前記空洞内に位置し、前記空洞は、前記停止面に接触する第一面と、前記押圧面に接触する第二面と、を有し、前記ネックは前記第二面よりも前記第一面に近接し、前記折りたたみ可能な貯蔵器の前記ボディは、前記第一面から前記第二面の間の前記ボディの略全範囲に沿って、略一定な断面を有する、請求項13に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記押圧部材は、前記アクチュエータに回転可能に接続され、回転軸を規定するローラーを備え、前記アクチュエータは、前記回転軸に垂直な第一方向であって、前記空洞を横断し、前記開口部に近づく方向及び前記開口部から離れる方向に、前記ローラーを移動させる、請求項12に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記押圧部材は更に、前記ローラーを通過して延びる軸を備え、前記上部は、前記軸の端部と係合するガイドを構成し、
前記アクチュエータは、1つ以上の柔軟な紐により前記軸の前記端部に接続され、前記柔軟な紐は、伸長に応じて、前記ローラーを開始位置から終了位置に引っ張り、前記終了位置は、前記開始位置よりも前記開口部に近接し、
前記軸の前記端部に取り付けられ、前記ローラーを、前記開口部からオフセットした前記開始位置に付勢するばねを有する、請求項16に記載のディスペンサー。 - 前記開口部は、前記上部の前記下面を通過して延び、
前記押圧部材は、前記貯蔵器のボディが前記開口部および前記押圧部材の間に位置している状態において、開始位置に配置することができ、
前記アクチュエータは、前記開始位置から前記開口部に向かって前記押圧部材を付勢する、請求項12に記載のディスペンサー。 - 前記上部の前記下面は開口を構成し、
前記下面にヒンジで取り付けられ、前記開口の上方に選択的に設置可能な蓋を有し、前記開口部は、前記蓋内に構成される、請求項18に記載のディスペンサー。 - 前記空洞から、前記空洞からオフセットした位置に延び、前記上部に回転可能にそれぞれ搭載される1つ以上の部材を更に備え、
前記1つ以上の部材のそれぞれは、前記押圧部材の上で延びる第一アームであって、前記押圧部材が前記第一アームと前記開口部の間に位置する前記第一アームと、前記アクチュエータに係合する第二アームと、を備える、請求項18に記載のディスペンサー。 - 第一端部が前記空洞の一側面に回転可能に接続され、前記空洞の反対側に位置する第二端部を有する第一ロッド及び第二ロッドを更に備え、
前記アクチュエータは、前記第一ロッド及び第二ロッドに係合し、前記第一ロッド及び前記第二ロッドを、前記空洞を介して前記開口部に向かって引っ張る、請求項12に記載のディスペンサー。
