Claims (5)
- 複数の電極接点に係る固定状態検知デバイスであって、
電極と、端子ボルトと、センシングユニットと、位置決めボルトとを備え、
前記電極は、電極スレッドと位置決めスレッドとを備え、
前記端子ボルトは、コンダクタと前記電極スレッドを固定し且つ少なくとも1つの位置決め凹部を備え、
前記センシングユニットは、絶縁カバーと、第1接触点と、第2接触点と、弾性部材と、電圧信号入力コネクタとを備え、前記弾性部材が押し潰されると、前記電極のノードの電圧信号を戻す回路が形成され、
前記位置決めボルトは、検知センサアセンブリを位置決めスレッドに取り付けるためのものであり、
前記位置決めボルトのヘッド部が前記位置決め凹部に入り込むと、前記端子ボルトが前記位置決めボルトのヘッド部により固定状態となるように構成される、
複数の電極接点に係る固定状態検知デバイス。 - 別異の電極に係る別異の検知センサアセンブリを更に備え、
前記電極と前記別異の電極とは、同一のポテンシャルを有する、
請求項1に記載の複数の電極接点に係る固定状態検知デバイス。 - 分圧器回路を形成するためのバイアス抵抗器を更に備え、
前記弾性部材が押し潰されない場合には、固有のドロップ電圧信号がバッテリ管理コンポーネントに送信される、
請求項2に記載の複数の電極接点に係る固定状態検知デバイス。 - 前記固有のドロップ電圧信号を測定して異常な電極接触点を識別するためのコントロールユニットを更に備える、請求項3に記載の複数の電極接点に係る固定状態検知デバイス。
- 複数の電極のノードにおける異常な電極接点を検出する固定状態検知デバイスであって、
少なくとも2つの検知センサアセンブリと電圧信号入力コネクタとを備え、
各検知センサアセンブリは、絶縁アセンブリと、第1接触点と、第2接触点と、弾性部材とを備え、
前記弾性部材が位置決めボルト及び関連する端子ボルトの固定によって押し潰されると、第1接触点と第2接触点とを導通する回路が形成され、検知センサアセンブリが位置決めボルトにより位置決めスレッドに固定され、
前記位置決めボルトのヘッド部が位置決め凹部に入り込むと、前記端子ボルトは前記位置決めボルトのヘッド部によって固定状態となるように構成される、
複数の電極のノードにおける異常な電極接点を検出する固定状態検知デバイス。
