Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による内燃機関の制御装置は、内燃機関3のリーンな筒内ガスの燃焼状態を表す燃焼状態パラメータとして、実MFB50を取得し(図8のステップ34)、燃焼パラメータの目標値として、目標MFB50を設定し(図8のステップ31〜33)、実MFB50が目標MFB50になるように、フィードバック制御を用いて、点火時期IGを算出する(図3のステップ3、4)。また、点火時期IGの算出に用いるフィードバック制御のゲイン(P項ゲインKigp、I項ゲインKigi、D項ゲインKigd)を、筒内ガスの希釈率R_DLが高いほど、より大きな値に設定する(図8のステップ38、図11)。

Description
R_DL =(GAIR+GEGR)/GFUEL ・・・(1)
このように、希釈率R_DLは、筒内ガス中の燃料量に対する空気量とEGR量との和の比で定義され、その値が大きいほど、筒内ガス中の燃料割合がより低いことを表す。また、希釈率R_DLは、EGRが実行されない場合には(GEGR=0)、空燃比AFと等しい。

Claims (3)
- 気筒内にリーンな筒内ガスを充填し、燃焼させるリーン燃焼運転が実行される内燃機関の制御装置であって、
筒内ガスの燃焼状態を表す燃焼状態パラメータを取得する燃焼状態パラメータ取得手段と、
前記燃焼状態パラメータの目標値を設定する目標値設定手段と、
前記取得された燃焼状態パラメータが前記設定された目標値になるように、所定のゲインを含むフィードバック制御を用いて、点火時期を算出する点火時期算出手段と、
前記筒内ガス中の燃料の割合を表す燃料割合パラメータを取得する燃料割合パラメータ取得手段と、
当該取得された燃料割合パラメータで表される燃料の割合が低いほど、前記フィードバック制御の前記ゲインをより大きな値に設定するゲイン設定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 気筒内にリーンな筒内ガスを充填し、燃焼させるリーン燃焼運転が実行される内燃機関の制御装置であって、
筒内ガスの流動の強さを、流動制御パラメータを変更することによって制御する筒内流動制御装置と、
前記筒内ガスの燃焼状態を表す燃焼状態パラメータを取得する燃焼状態パラメータ取得手段と、
前記燃焼状態パラメータの目標値を設定する目標値設定手段と、
前記取得された燃焼状態パラメータが前記設定された目標値になるように、所定のゲインを含むフィードバック制御を用いて、前記筒内流動制御装置の前記流動制御パラメータを算出する流動制御パラメータ算出手段と、
前記筒内ガス中の燃料の割合を表す燃料割合パラメータを取得する燃料割合パラメータ取得手段と、
当該取得された燃料割合パラメータで表される燃料の割合が低いほど、前記フィードバック制御の前記ゲインをより大きな値に設定するゲイン設定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記筒内流動制御装置は、筒内ガスのタンブル流の強さを制御するタンブル流制御装置、筒内ガスのスワール流の強さを制御するスワール流制御装置、前記気筒内への燃料の噴射圧力を制御する噴射圧力制御装置、及び前記気筒内への燃料の噴射時期を制御する噴射時期制御装置の1つであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
