Claims (10)
- 印刷製品(1)を製造する方法であって、
画線部(20)ではドロップオンデマンドにより、有色のかつ水を含有する少なくとも1つのインク(21)で被印刷物(10)に印刷し、
a)非画線部(30)、及び/又は、b)インクの少ない画線部(20)ではドロップオンデマンドにより、実質的に無色のかつ水を含有する液体(31)を被印刷物(10)に供給して乾燥させる、方法において、
前記被印刷物は、少なくとも1つの酸(11a)を含有するコーティング(11)を有しており(A)、インクで印刷した後(B)及び液体を供給した後(C)、前記被印刷物には、前記画線部においても前記非画線部においても共に、水を含有する別の液体(41)を供給し(E)、
前記液体及び/又は前記別の液体は、前記酸を少なくとも部分的に中和する少なくとも1種類の物質(31a)を含有している、
方法。 - 前記液体(31)は、無色の、特に顔料を含有しない又は色素のない、実質的にバインダのない水ベースのインク(31)である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記中和物質(31a)の濃度は、実質的に、あらかじめ設定した濃度値に等しく、前記あらかじめ設定した濃度値が、前記コーティングにおける前記酸(11a)の濃度に依存する、
請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 実質的に前記酸(11a)が完全に中和されるように前記あらかじめ設定した濃度値を選択する、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記被印刷物(10)に赤外線ビーム(52)を照射することによって前記乾燥(E)を行い、
前記液体(31)に第2の物質として赤外線吸収体(31b)が含有されている、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 第3の物質として光学的な蛍光剤(31c)が前記液体(31)に含有されている、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - a)の場合、前記被印刷物に対して形成される、単位面積当たりに供給される前記液体(31)の量の平均値は、実質的に、前記被印刷物に対して形成される、単位面積当たりに印刷される前記インク(21)の量の平均値に等しい、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記物質(31a)は、塩基(31a)である、
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記物質(31a)は、アミン、特に水溶性アミン、2−アミノ−2−メチル−1−プロパノール、アルカリ水酸化物、特にNaOH又はKOHである、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記別の液体(41)は、無色の、特に無色のかつ水ベースのラッカー(41)である、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
