Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る鉄道車両の台車1の側面図である。図1に示すように、鉄道車両の台車1は、空気バネ2を介して車体50を支持する台車枠3を備える。台車枠3は、車幅方向両側において車両長手方向に延びた一対の側梁4と、一対の側梁4を互いに連結して車幅方向に延びた横梁(図示せず)とを有し、平面視でH形状を呈する。台車枠3の車両長手方向の両側には、車幅方向に沿って延びた車軸6が配置されている。車軸6の車幅方向両側の部分には、車輪7が夫々固定されている。車軸6の車幅方向の両端部には、車輪7よりも車幅方向外側にて車軸6を回転自在に支持する軸受8が設けられている。軸受8は、内輪(図示せず)と、外輪8a(図2参照)と、内輪と外輪8aとの間に挟まれた転動体(図示せず)とを有する。軸受8は、軸箱11に収容されている。
図7は、第2実施形態に係る台車の要部を一部断面化した側面図である。なお、第1実施形態と共通する構成については同一符号を付して説明を省略する。第1実施形態では、輪軸支え17と軸箱本体16とは、それぞれ別部材としたが、第2実施形態では、それらを一体構造としている。図7に示すように、第2実施形態の軸箱111は、一体に成形された筒状体であり、軸梁12も軸箱111に一体化されている。軸受温度検出装置110は、温度センサユニット20、弾性装置21、温度センサユニット支持座22及び軸箱111を備える。軸箱111は、軸受8の外輪8aの外周面の上領域を覆う軸箱上部116と、軸受8の外輪8aの外周面の下領域を覆う軸箱下部117とを有する。

Claims (8)
- 車軸を支持する軸受が収容される軸箱の開口を通して前記軸受の外輪の温度を検出する温度センサユニットと、
前記温度センサユニットを前記外輪に向けて付勢する弾性体と、
前記弾性体を介して前記温度センサユニットが取り付けられる基板部を有し、前記軸箱に外側から着脱可能に固定される温度センサユニット支持座と、を備える、鉄道車両用台車の軸受温度検出装置。 - 前記温度センサユニットは、検出した温度情報を無線信号により送信する無線送信部を有し、
前記基板部には、挿通孔が形成され、
前記温度センサユニットは、前記挿通孔を挿通し、前記温度センサユニット支持座の外側に露出している、請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用台車の軸受温度検出装置。 - 前記温度センサユニット支持座は、前記基板部から前記軸箱側に向けて突出して、前記温度センサユニットと隙間をあけた状態で前記温度センサユニットを覆う側板部を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両用台車の軸受温度検出装置。
- 前記軸箱の一部を構成し、前記外輪を下方から覆う軸箱下部を更に備え、
前記軸箱下部のうち前記軸受と隙間をあけて対向する部分に、前記開口が形成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両用台車の軸受温度検出装置。 - 前記軸箱下部は、前記開口の車幅方向両側から上方に突出し、前記外輪を支持する外輪支持部を更に有する、請求項4に記載の鉄道車両用台車の軸受温度検出装置。
- 前記軸箱下部は、下方に突出して、前記温度センサユニットと隙間をあけた状態で前記温度センサユニットに対向する側壁部を更に有し、
前記温度センサユニット支持座は、前記側壁部に着脱可能に固定されている、請求項4又は5に記載の鉄道車両用台車の軸受温度検出装置。 - 前記軸箱下部は、下方に突出した脚部を更に有し、
前記温度センサユニットは、前記温度センサユニット支持座よりも下方に突出し、
前記脚部の下端は、前記温度センサユニットの下端よりも下方に位置する、請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両用台車の軸受温度検出装置。 - 前記軸箱下部は、前記外輪を上方から覆う軸箱本体に対して着脱可能に固定される輪軸支えである、請求項4乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両用台車の軸受温度検出装置。
