Claims (3)
- 椀状のシェル(10)と、当該シェル(10)の周方向に沿って配列されて前記シェル(10)の内周面に固着される複数枚のブレード(11)と、前記シェル(10)および前記ブレード(11)とともに羽根車(6)を構成するようにして前記ブレード(11)の内側端に固定されるコア(12)とを備え、当該コア(12)に、前記ブレード(11)の内側端に突設される突片(14)を係止させる複数の係止孔(17)が設けられるとともにバランスウエイトチップ(51,52)が溶接される流体伝動装置において、前記突片(14)の前記係止孔(17)からの突出部を貫通させる突片回避孔(54)が設けられる前記バランスウエイトチップ(51,52)が、当該バランスウエイトチップ(51,52)の全体を前記コア(12)に密着させて該コア(12)に溶接されることを特徴とする流体伝動装置。
- 複数の前記突片回避孔(54)を有して前記コア(12)の周方向に延びる前記バランスウエイトチップ(51,52)の内周部もしくは外周部に、前記複数の前記突片回避孔(54)相互間に対応した位置に配置される複数の切欠き部(53A,53B)が設けられ、それらの切欠き部(53A,53B)内に溶接部(55A,55B)が配置されるようにして前記バランスウエイトチップ(51,52)が前記コア(12)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体伝動装置。
- 前記バランスウエイトチップ(51,52)の長手方向両端部にそれぞれ配置される特定の切欠き部(53B)を含んで前記バランスウエイトチップ(51,52)に設けられる3個以上の前記切欠き部(53A,53B)のうち前記特定の切欠き部(53B)を除く切欠き部(53A)が半円状に形成され、前記特定の切欠き部(53B)が、他のバランスウエイトチップ(51,52)の前記特定の切欠き部(53B)と協働して半円状となるようにして1/4円状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体伝動装置。
