Claims (3)
- 調圧室と、前記調圧室内の圧力に応じて軸方向に移動可能なピストンと、前記ピストンとともに移動するバルブと、前記バルブが当接可能なシートとを有する圧力調整弁において、
前記ピストンは、前記シート側の端部にて前記シート側に開口するピストン穴部を備え、
前記バルブは、前記シートに当接可能な先端部と、前記ピストン穴部に収容される柱状の柱状部と、前記柱状部の外周面にて前記柱状部の外側に向かって突出するように形成され、前記ピストン穴部の側面に嵌合する嵌合部を備え、
前記嵌合部は、球形状に形成されていること、
を特徴とする圧力調整弁。 - 請求項1の圧力調整弁において、
前記ピストン穴部は、前記シート側に開口する凹形状に形成され、
前記バルブの前記柱状部は、前記ピストン穴部における前記凹形状の底面と当接する当接端部を備え、
前記当接端部は、球形状に形成されていること、
を特徴とする圧力調整弁。 - 請求項1または2の圧力調整弁において、
前記ピストン穴部における開口部側の端部には、前記開口部から前記ピストン穴部の内部に向かって内径が小さくなるテーパ形状部が形成されていること、
を特徴とする圧力調整弁。
