Claims (5)
- 車体側および車輪側にそれぞれ配置されるテレスコピック型の車体側チューブ及び車輪側チューブと、
前記車輪側チューブに設けられるシリンダと、
前記シリンダの外側に区画されるリザーバと、
前記車体側チューブに設けられるロッドと、
前記ロッドの下端に設けられる、前記シリンダの内周面に摺接し前記シリンダを上方室と下方室とに区画するピストンと、
前記ロッドの内部に形成される、前記ロッドの上端に開口する上端開口と前記シリンダ内に開口する下端開口とを有する通路と、
前記車体側チューブの上部に設けられる、前記シリンダに対して前記ロッドが出入する伸縮作動時に前記通路の前記上端開口から前記リザーバへ流出する作動油に流路抵抗を付与する制御弁とを備え、
前記制御弁は、弁座を押圧し開閉する弁体を備え、前記シリンダの上方に斜めに配置されることを特徴とする油圧緩衝器。 - 前記上端開口に接続する前記制御弁の流路の入口とは異なる位置で前記制御弁の流路と前記上端開口とに連通する絞り流路を備え、
前記制御弁は、前記弁座が前記弁体と共に移動可能に配置され、前記弁座の移動により前記絞り流路に流れを生じさせることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧緩衝器。 - 前記制御弁は、前記車体側チューブに配置されたキャップ部材内に収装され、前記弁体を押し返す方向へ前記弁座を付勢するばねを備え、前記弁座の締切り面の反対側の端面と前記キャップ部材に形成された底部とにより流路抵抗を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油圧緩衝器。
- 前記制御弁は、前記弁体の押圧力と前記弁座の反力とのバランスにより作動油の圧力に応じた流路抵抗を発生させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の油圧緩衝器。
- 前記制御弁の下流に配置された油溜室を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の油圧緩衝器。
