Abstract
【解決手段】金属層11の表面にコーティング層12が形成された表面処理金属部材において、コーティング層12は、金属層11の表面に積層され、シリカ系化合物を含有する第1層21と、第1層21の上に積層され、アルミ系化合物あるいはジルコニア系化合物を含有する第2層22とを有することにより、金属層11中のFe元素がこの高温環境の下において拡散するのを第1層21を介して抑制し、高温環境に対する外観不良を第2層22を介して抑制する。

Claims (5)
- 金属層の表面にコーティング層が形成された表面処理金属部材において、
上記コーティング層は、シリカ系化合物を含有する第1層と、
上記第1層の上に積層され、アルミ系化合物又はジルコニア系化合物を含有する第2層とを有すること
を特徴とする表面処理金属部材。 - 上記第1層は、上記シリカ系化合物としてSiO2を含有し、その塗着量はSiO2換算値の合計で400mg/m2を超え、2200mg/m2未満であり、
上記第2層は、上記アルミ系化合物としてAl2O3を含有し、その塗着量はAl2O3換算値の合計で500mg/m2を超え、1600mg/m2未満であること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の表面処理金属部材。 - 上記第1層は、その前駆体である塗料が結晶粒子分散液であること
を特徴とする請求項2記載の表面処理金属部材。 - 上記第1層及び上記第2層は、透明性を呈すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜3のうち何れか1項記載の表面処理金属部材。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の表面処理金属部材を使用することを特徴とする加熱器具。
