Claims (3)
- ナシコン(NASICON)構造を有するリン酸バナジウムリチウムの製造方法であって、
4価又は5価のバナジウム化合物、リン源及び還元糖とを水溶媒中で混合して混合スラリーを調製する第1工程、次に該混合スラリーを加温処理して溶液化する第2工程、次に該溶液にリチウム源を添加して原料混合液を調製する第3工程、次に該原料混合液を噴霧乾燥処理して反応前駆体を得る第4工程、次に該反応前駆体を不活性ガス雰囲気又は還元雰囲気で500〜1300℃で焼成する第5工程、更に、第5工程後に得られるリン酸バナジウムリチウムを加熱処理する第6工程を有することを特徴とするリン酸バナジウムリチウムの製造方法。 - 加熱処理は、酸素含有雰囲気中で行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のリン酸バナジウムリチウムの製造方法。
- 加熱処理温度が、250〜450℃であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の何れか一項に記載のリン酸バナジウムリチウムの製造方法。
