Abstract
【解決手段】質量%で、0.15≦C<0.7、0.05≦Si≦1.0、0.05≦Mn≦1.0、0.03≧P、0.03≧S、0.001≦Cu≦0.5、0.05≦Ni≦0.5、11≦Cr≦18、0.05≦Mo≦2.0、0.01≦W≦0.5、0.01≦V≦0.5、0.05≦N≦0.4、0.02≧O、0.08≧Al、0.0005≦B≦0.005とを含み、0.4<C+N<0.7、C/N≧0.75であり、残部がFeからなる転がり摺動部材を、55HRC以上となるよう真空熱処理した後、表層部の除去加工を行う。これにより、表層部にCr欠乏層が存在していないことで、良好な耐食性が担保される摺動部材。

- 0.15質量%以上0.70質量%未満のCと、0.05〜1.00質量%のSiと、0.05〜1.00質量%のMnと、0.03質量%以下のPと、0.03質量%以下のSと、0.001〜0.500質量%のCuと、0.05〜0.50質量%のNiと、11.0〜18.0質量%のCrと、0.05〜2.00質量%のMoと、0.01〜0.50質量%のWと、0.01〜0.50質量%のVと、0.05〜0.40質量%のNと、0.02質量%以下のOと、0.08質量%以下のAlと、0.0005〜0.0050質量%のBとを含み、C+Nが0.4質量%を超え0.7質量%未満で、C/Nが0.75以上であり、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物からなり、
表面から少なくとも40nm深さの範囲の表層部においてCr欠乏層が存在していない、転がり摺動部材。 - 外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪と内輪の間へ転動可能に設けられた複数の転動体と、前記複数の転動体を周方向に所定間隔毎に保持する保持器とを備え、
前記外輪が、請求項1に記載の転がり摺動部材からなる、転がり軸受。 - 0.15質量%以上0.70質量%未満のCと、0.05〜1.00質量%のSiと、0.05〜1.00質量%のMnと、0.03質量%以下のPと、0.03質量%以下のSと、0.001〜0.500質量%のCuと、0.05〜0.50質量%のNiと、11.0〜18.0質量%のCrと、0.05〜2.00質量%のMoと、0.01〜0.50質量%のWと、0.01〜0.50質量%のVと、0.05〜0.40質量%のNと、0.02質量%以下のOと、0.080質量%以下のAlと、0.0005〜0.0050質量%のBとを含み、C+Nが0.4質量%を超え0.7質量%未満で、C/Nが0.75以上であり、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物であるマルテンサイト鋼からなり、55HRC以上となるよう真空熱処理した後、表層部の除去加工を行う、転がり摺動部材の製造方法。
- 前記表層部の除去加工を行う範囲が、表面から少なくとも40nmの深さの範囲である、請求項3に記載の転がり摺動部材の製造方法。
- 前記転がり摺動部材が、転がり軸受の外輪であって、
前記表層部の除去加工を、前記外輪の少なくとも外周面及び側面に行う、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の転がり摺動部材の製造方法。
