Abstract

Claims (15)
- モータを有するヘアケア機器であって、
前記モータは、前記ヘアケア機器の中を通る空気流を発生させ、
前記モータは、フレームと、ロータ組立体を有し、
前記フレームは、前記ロータ組立体を支持し且つ外壁を有し、
前記ロータ組立体は、シャフトと、インペラを有し、前記インペラは、複数のブレードを有し、
前記外壁のインペラ収容部分は、前記インペラを包囲し、
前記インペラ収容部分の内面は、少なくとも1つの溝を含み、前記少なくとも1つの溝は、軸線方向に延び、且つ、前記インペラのブレードの少なくとも軸線方向範囲に沿って延びるように位置決めされる、ヘアケア機器。 - 前記外壁は、実質的に円筒形である、請求項1に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記インペラのブレードの半径方向外方の部分と前記インペラ収容部分の内面との間の先端隙間は、0.15mm未満である、請求項1又は2に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記先端隙間は、0.075mm〜0.09mmである、請求項3に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝の深さは、0.1mm〜0.5mmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝の深さは、実質的に0.25mmである、請求項5に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記内面は、複数の溝を含み、前記複数の溝は、前記インペラ収容部分の内周に沿って均等に離間する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記内面は、3つの溝を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記インペラ収容部分は、前記フレームの上流端部に位置する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝は、前記フレームの前記上流側の縁から延びる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記インペラ収容部分は、前記フレームのディフューザ部分に隣接する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記フレームのディフューザ部分は、複数のディフューザベーンを含む、請求項11に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記フレームは、実質的に円筒形の内壁を有し、前記内壁は、前記外壁と同心であり、且つ、前記外壁内に半径方向に位置決めされ、前記複数のディフューザベーンは、前記フレームの内壁と外壁の間に延びる、請求項12に記載のヘアケア機器。
- 前記ヘアケア機器は、ヘアドライヤ及び温風整髪ブラシの一方である、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のヘアケア機器。
- ヘアケア機器の中を通る空気流を発生させるモータであって、
フレームと、ロータ組立体を有し、
前記フレームは、前記ロータ組立体を支持し且つ外壁を有し、
前記ロータ組立体は、シャフトと、インペラを有し、前記インペラは、複数のブレードを有し、
前記外壁のインペラ収容部分は、前記インペラを包囲し、
前記インペラ収容部分の内面は、少なくとも1つの溝を含み、前記少なくとも1つの溝は、軸線方向に延び、且つ、前記インペラのブレードの少なくとも軸線方向範囲に沿って延びるように位置決めされる、モータ。
