Abstract
【解決手段】記録テープが外周面に巻回されるリールハブ22を有する樹脂製のリール構成部品30を成形する成形工程と、成形工程の後で、かつリール構成部品30が冷えて収縮する前に、補強リング40をリールハブ22に組み込む組込工程と、組込工程の後、リール構成部品30を冷却して収縮させ、補強リング40をリールハブ22に固定する冷却工程と、を含むリール20の製造方法とする。

Claims (5)
- 記録テープが外周面に巻回されるリールハブを有する樹脂製のリール構成部品を成形する成形工程と、
前記成形工程の後で、かつ前記リール構成部品が冷えて収縮する前に、補強リングを前記リールハブに組み込む組込工程と、
前記組込工程の後、前記リール構成部品を冷却して収縮させ、前記補強リングを前記リールハブに固定する冷却工程と、
を含むリールの製造方法。 - 前記成形工程において、
前記リールハブに前記補強リングを挿入させるための溝部を形成する請求項1に記載のリールの製造方法。 - 記録テープが外周面に巻回されるリールハブを有する樹脂製のリール構成部品を用意する準備工程と、
前記リール構成部品が常温に比べて高温な状態で、補強リングを前記リールハブに組み込む組込工程と、
前記組込工程の後、前記リール構成部品を冷却して収縮させ、前記補強リングを前記リールハブに固定する冷却工程と、
を含むリールの製造方法。 - 前記補強リングが金属材で形成されている請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のリールの製造方法。
- 前記補強リングが前記リール構成部品を成形する樹脂材よりも成形後の収縮率が小さく、かつ剛性の高い樹脂材で形成されている請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のリールの製造方法。
