Claims (13)
- 曲げ自在な線形発光体と、
回転方向に沿って前記線形発光体を巻取及び巻取解除して外側に位置識別自在に発光する第1及び第2位置知らせ発光部材が設けられ、前記線形発光体と前記第1及び第2位置知らせ発光部材に電源を供給するボビンユニットと、
前記ボビンユニットの回転方向に沿って前記線形発光体が巻取または巻取解除できるように前記ボビンユニットを回転自在に内部に収め、前記第1及び第2位置知らせ発光部材の発光状態を確認できる発光認識部が形成されたケースと、を備えることを特徴とする救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記線形発光体は、
前記ボビンユニットから巻取解除された前記線形発光体の長さを識別できるように一定距離ごとに色を異ならせて光源から射出される光が一定距離ごとに色相が転換されるようにする色フィルタ部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記発光認識部は、
前記第1及び第2位置知らせ発光部材に対応する位置にそれぞれ形成され、前記ケースの外周面から内周面に貫通して形成され、前記第1及び第2位置知らせ発光部材の延び方向に沿って相互離隔するように貫通して形成された多数の発光確認貫通孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記ボビンユニットは、
回転方向に沿って前記線形発光体が巻取または巻取解除され、前記ケースの一側に形成された前記発光確認貫通孔に隣接した一側に前記第1位置知らせ発光部材が装着される発光体巻取ボビンと、
前記発光体巻取ボビンの他側に前記発光体巻取ボビンの回転方向及び回転角に対応して回転できるように装着され、前記第2位置知らせ発光部材が前記ケースの他側に形成された前記発光確認貫通孔に隣接して装着され、前記線形発光体と前記第1及び第2位置知らせ発光部材が発光できるように電源を供給する電源部ボビンとを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記ケースは、
前記発光体巻取ボビンが回転自在に結合され、前記第1位置知らせ発光部材に対応する位置に前記発光確認貫通孔が形成された第1カバー部材と、
前記第1カバー部材と結合され、前記発光体巻取ボビンに結合された前記電源部ボビンが回転自在に結合され、前記第2位置知らせ発光部材に対応する位置に前記発光確認貫通孔が形成された第2カバー部材とを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記発光体巻取ボビンは、
前記線形発光体が外周面に沿って巻取できるように延設され、前記第2カバー部材方向に開放された第1内部空間が設けられて、一側が前記第1カバー部材に回転自在に結合され、他側が前記電源部ボビンと結合される巻取部と、
前記第1カバー部材に隣接した前記巻取部の一端に前記巻取部より大きい外径を有するように形成され、前記第1カバー部材に向かい合う面に前記第1位置知らせ発光部材が設けられる第1フランジ部と、
前記巻取部の他端に前記巻取部より大きい外径を有するように延設される第2フランジ部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記電源部ボビンは、
前記第1内部空間に一部収められるように形成され、一端が前記発光体巻取ボビンに固定結合される巻取部収容部と、該巻取部収容部の他端から前記巻取部収容部より拡張された外径を有し、前記第2カバー部材方向に延設され、内部に前記第2カバー部材方向に開放された第2内部空間が形成されて、前記第2内部空間に前記線形発光体及び前記第1及び第2位置知らせ発光部材と連結されるインバータが装着されるインバータ装着部が備えられる発光体巻取ボビン結合部と、
一側が前記発光体巻取ボビン結合部に固定結合され、他側が前記第2カバー部材に回転自在に結合され、前記インバータに電源を供給する電源供給部と、前記インバータに前記電源供給部の電源供給を連結及び連結解除して前記インバータを通じて前記線形発光体と前記第1及び第2位置知らせ発光部材の発光を制御し前記発光体巻取ボビンの回転を操作する操作部が設けられ、前記第2カバー部材と向かい合う面に前記第2位置知らせ発光部材が設けられた第2カバー部材結合部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記第2カバー部材は、
前記第2カバー部材結合部に装着された前記電源供給部と前記操作部のユーザの操作が容易になるよう、前記電源供給部と前記操作部が開放可能に貫通して形成された開口部を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記ボビンユニットから巻取解除された前記線形発光体の一側端部と前記ボビンユニットとの間に通信自在な通信ユニットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。
- 前記線形発光体は、
前記ボビンユニットの回転方向に沿って巻取及び巻取解除できるように延設され、中心線上に位置する中心引張線と、該中心引張線の長手方向に沿って延び、前記中心引張線の外側に備えられる発光部と、前記中心引張線及び前記発光部の外側をカバーする被覆部を備え、
前記通信ユニットは、
前記ボビンユニットから巻取解除される前記線形発光体の一側の端部に設けられ、第1電気信号を発させる第1作動ボタンを含む通信端末部と、
前記ボビンユニットに設けられ、第2電気信号を発させる第2作動ボタンと、
前記第2作動ボタンと前記線形発光体の他側端部とそれぞれ連結され、前記第2作動ボタンの作動状態によって前記ボビンユニットに電源供給を制御し、前記発光部及び前記中心引張線を経由する電気的経路を通じて第1及び第2電気信号による前記線形発光体の発光状態に必要な電力を制御する制御部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記中心引張線は、
導電自在であり引っ張り強度を高められる合糸または高炭素鋼線のうちいずれか一つで形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記線形発光体は、
一側端部に前記通信端末部と着脱自在であり、前記通信端末部と電気的に連結可能な端子部を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。 - 前記電源部ボビンは、
前記通信端末部と分離された前記端子部を収めて、前記端子部と電気的に連結される直列連結部を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の救助用避難誘導装置。
