Abstract
【解決手段】4極ステータ組立体は、ボビン組立体と、2つのC字形ステータコアを有し、各C字形ステータコアは、後部と、後部から延びる第1の極アーム及び第2の極アームを含む。ボビン組立体は、第1のボビン部分及び第2のボビン部分を含み、各ボビン部分は、2つの中空のボビンアームを含み、各ボビンアームは、極アームを受入れるスロットを有し、各ボビンアームに巻線が巻かれる。C字形コアは、各C字形コアが両方のボビン部分を橋渡しするように配置され、第1の極アーム及び第2の極アームの一方が第1のボビン部分のスロットの中に延び、第1の極アーム及び第2の極アームの他方が第2のボビン部分のスロットの中に延びる。

- 4極ステータ組立体であって、
ボビン組立体と、
2つのC字形ステータコアと、を有し、
前記C字形ステータコアの各々は、後部と、前記後部から延びる第1の極アーム及び第2の極アームを含み、
前記ボビン組立体は、第1のボビン部分と、第2のボビン部分を有し、前記ボビン部分の各々は、2つの中空のボビンアームを含み、前記ボビンアームの各々は、前記極アームを受入れるスロットを有し、巻線が前記ボビンアームの各々に巻かれ、
前記C字形ステータコアは、前記C字形ステータコアの各々が両方の前記ボビン部分を橋渡しするように配列され、前記第1の極アーム及び前記第2の極アームの一方は、前記第1のボビン部分のスロットの中を延び、前記第1の極アーム及び前記第2の極アームの他方は、前記第2のボビン部分のスロットの中を延び、前記極アームは、接着剤によって前記スロット内に固定される、4極ステータ組立体。 - 前記第1のボビン部分及び前記第2のボビン部分の各々は、半円筒形凹部を含む、請求項1に記載の4極ステータ組立体。
- 前記半円筒形凹部は、2つの極面窓を含み、前記極面窓の各々はそれぞれ、前記ボビン部分を貫通する前記スロットの各々の内部側終端を構成する、請求項2に記載の4極ステータ組立体。
- 前記ボビン部分の各々の半円筒形凹部は、前記ボビン組立体を貫通する円筒形ボアの一部を形成する、請求項2又は3に記載の4極ステータ組立体。
- 前記C字形ステータコアの各々の極アームの各々は、前記極アームの後部と反対側の端部に極面を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の4極ステータ組立体。
- 前記極アームの各々は、前記極面に近接した位置に接着剤を含むための溝を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の4極ステータ組立体。
- 前記極面の各々は、前記極面窓のところに配置され、前記半円筒形凹部の壁の一部を形成する、請求項3に従属する場合の請求項5又は6に記載の4極ステータ組立体。
- 前記ボビンアームの各々は、外側フランジを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の4極ステータ組立体。
- 前記ボビン組立体は、1又は2以上の固定用凹部を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の4極ステータ組立体。
- 前記ボビン組立体のボビン部分の各々は、固定用凹部を含む、請求項9に記載の4極ステータ組立体。
- ロータ組立体と、
フレームと、
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の4極ステータ組立体と、を有する電気モータ。 - 前記ロータ組立体は、回転可能なシャフトに固定された永久磁石を有し、且つ、前記永久磁石が前記C字形ステータコアの間に位置するように位置決めされる、請求項11に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記永久磁石は、4極磁石である、請求項12に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ボビン組立体は、前記フレームに固定され、前記フレームは、前記ボビン組立体の1又は2以上の固定用凹部内に嵌る1又は2以上のラグを有する、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記1又は2以上のラグは、接着剤によって、前記1又は2以上の固定用凹部内に固定される、請求項14に記載の電気モータ。
