Claims (6)
- 正極集電体の表面に正極活物質層が形成された正極と負極集電体の表面に負極活物質層が形成された負極とがセパレータを介して積層されてなる二次電池セル、給電装置が有する送電用コイルから電磁誘導方式により充電用電力を受電する受電コイル、及び前記充電用電力を前記受電コイルから前記二次電池セルに供給する充電回路を有する二次電池モジュールにおいて、
前記送電用コイルが発生する磁束が前記正極集電体又は前記負極集電体の有する面を貫通する位置にこれら正極集電体又は負極集電体の少なくとも一方を配置し、かつ、前記受電コイルの中心部を前記磁束が通過する位置にこの受電コイルを配置してなり、
前記正極集電体及び前記負極集電体が樹脂集電体であることを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュールにおいて、
前記受電コイルは無端状に形成され、前記電池セルを取り囲む位置に配置されていることを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池モジュールにおいて、
前記受電コイルは平板状に形成され、前記電池セルと前記送電コイルとの間に配置されることを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュールにおいて、
前記正極活物質層が、正極活物質粒子の表面の少なくとも一部が導電助剤と高分子とを含んでなる層で被覆されている被覆正極活物質粒子を含み、
前記負極活物質層が、負極活物質粒子の表面の少なくとも一部が導電助剤と高分子とを含んでなる層で被覆されている被覆負極活物質粒子を含む
ことを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュールにおいて、
前記正極活物質層及び前記負極活物質層は更に繊維状導電性物質を含むことを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜5に記載のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール及び給電装置を有してなることを特徴とする非接触充電システム。
