Abstract
Description
図5から図8は、タイヤ1の性能試験の結果を示す図表である。以下、上記のタイヤ1について、従来例及び比較例のタイヤ1と、本発明に係るタイヤ1とについて行なった性能の評価試験について説明する。性能評価試験は、リムホイールに対してビード部が偏心して嵌合されている度合いを示す偏心嵌合と、タイヤ1をリムに装着するときの作業のし易さを示すリム組み作業性について行った。

Claims (4)
- 15[°]テーパーの規定リムに装着される空気入りタイヤであって、
タイヤ赤道面のタイヤ幅方向両側に配設される一対のビード部と、
一対の前記ビード部のそれぞれに設けられるビードコアと、
一対の前記ビードコアに支持され、カーカス本体部及び前記ビードコアで折り返されることにより形成されるカーカス折り返し部を有するカーカスと、
前記ビードコアで折り返された前記カーカスの外面に配置されるスチールコード補強層と、
少なくとも一部が前記カーカス本体部と前記カーカス折り返し部との間に配置されるビードゴム層と、を備え、
前記規定リムに装着されない状態において、
前記ビードコアの最もタイヤ幅方向外側の突出点を通り前記ビードコアの最長辺と平行な第1線分と、
前記ビード部のうち前記規定リムと接触するビードベース部のビードヒール側の辺と、
前記ビード部のうち前記ビードベース部よりもタイヤ幅方向外側のタイヤ外表面の曲線と、
前記辺と前記曲線との第1交点と、
前記第1交点を通り前記第1線分に垂直な第2線分と、
前記突出点を通り前記第1線分に垂直な第3線分と、が規定され、
前記第2線分と前記第3線分との距離は、4[mm]以上8[mm]以下であり、
前記ビードベース部のビードトウにおけるタイヤ半径R2と、ビードヒールにおけるタイヤ半径R1との比R2/R1は、0.935以上0.975以下である、
ことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ビードコアにおけるタイヤ半径R3と、前記ビードヒールにおけるタイヤ半径R1との比R1/R3は、0.985以上0.995以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ビードベース部は、ビードヒールを含む外側部分と、ビードトウを含む内側部分とを含み、
前記タイヤ赤道面に垂直な線に対する前記外側部分の辺の角度は、18[°]以上23[°]以下であり、前記内側部分の辺の角度は、27[°]以上33[°]以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記タイヤ赤道面に垂直な線に対するビードベース部の前記辺の角度は、15[°]以上20[°]以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
