Description
図1〜図3は、それぞれ本発明に係る可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁の第1実施形態を示す縦断面図であり、図1は主弁:開、副弁:閉の状態(通常制御時)、図2は主弁:閉、副弁:閉の状態(圧縮機起動移行時)、図3は主弁:閉、副弁:開の状態(圧縮機起動時)を示している。
図6〜図8は、それぞれ本発明に係る可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁の第2実施形態を示す縦断面図であり、図6は主弁:開、副弁:閉の状態(通常制御時)、図7は主弁:閉、副弁:閉の状態(圧縮機起動移行時)、図8は主弁:閉、副弁:開の状態(圧縮機起動時)を示している。
図10は、本発明に係る可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁の第3実施形態の主弁:開、副弁:閉の状態(通常制御時)を示す縦断面図である。

Claims (10)
- 弁口が設けられた弁室及び圧縮機の吸入室に連通するPs入出口を有し、前記弁口より上流側に圧縮機の吐出室に連通するPd導入口が設けられるとともに、前記弁口より下流側に前記圧縮機のクランク室に連通するPc入出口が設けられた弁本体と、前記弁口を開閉するための弁体と、該弁体を弁口開閉方向に移動させるためのプランジャを有する電磁式アクチュエータと、前記圧縮機から吸入圧力Psが前記Ps入出口を介して導入される感圧室と、該感圧室の圧力に応じて前記弁体を弁口開閉方向に付勢する感圧応動部材と、を備え、
前記弁本体は、前記弁体が摺動自在に嵌挿される案内孔及び前記弁口が形成された支持部材と、前記Ps入出口、前記Pd導入口、及び前記Pc入出口が形成された本体部材とを有し、前記本体部材に設けられた凹穴に前記支持部材が内挿固定されて構成されていることを特徴とする可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記凹穴が上側大径穴と下側小径穴とを含んで構成され、前記支持部材のうち前記凹穴に内挿される嵌挿部が上側大径部と下側小径部とを含んで構成され、
前記上側大径穴に前記上側大径部が嵌合せしめられた、及び/又は、前記下側小径穴に前記下側小径部が嵌合せしめられた姿勢で、前記凹穴に前記支持部材が内挿固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記上側大径穴に前記上側大径部が嵌合せしめられ、前記下側小径穴の内周と前記下側小径部の外周との間に隙間が設けられた姿勢で、前記凹穴に前記支持部材が内挿固定されており、
前記下側小径部の下端が前記弁口とされるとともに、前記下側小径部に、前記隙間を介して前記本体部材の前記Pd導入口に連通する横孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記本体部材と前記支持部材との間に、前記本体部材及び/又は前記支持部材の切屑を封止する切屑封止部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記切屑封止部は、前記凹穴の底面、又は、該底面に対向する前記支持部材の対向面に設けられた環状突起によって画成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記切屑封止部は、段付きで形成された前記凹穴の上向き段差面、又は、該上向き段差面に対向する前記支持部材の対向面に設けられた環状突起によって画成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記環状突起の先端が鋭角に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記凹穴の内周及び前記支持部材のうち前記凹穴に内挿される嵌挿部の外周が段付きで形成されるとともに、
前記切屑封止部は、前記凹穴の上向き段差面の内側角部に当接せしめられるように前記嵌挿部の下向き段差面に設けられた環状傾斜面によって画成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記支持部材は、前記本体部材より高硬度の材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記支持部材はステンレス材料で構成され、前記本体部材はアルミニウム材料、真鍮材料、又は、樹脂材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
