Claims (6)
- 相手側の型と共働して、コンタクトをかしめて電線に固定させる型において、
ベース部と、
前記ベース部にその上方へ突出するように形成され、前記相手側の型の受容空間部に挿入可能な突出部と、
前記ベース部と前記突出部との前面及び後面の少なくとも一方に連結された壁部と
を備え、
前記壁部は、前記ベース部よりも上方へ延びるとともに、前記突出部よりも左方及び右方の少なくとも一方へ延びる
ことを特徴とする型。 - 前記壁部が板状である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の型。 - 前記コンタクトが支持される前記突出部の上面に、へこみが形成され、
前記壁部に、前記上面よりも下方に位置し、前記突出部の前後方向で前記上面に隣接する平面が形成され、
前記前後方向における前記平面の一端に、前記コンタクトを支持するキャリアの支持アーム部を切断するための切刃が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の型。 - 前記突出部の左右方向における前記平面の寸法が、前記左右方向における前記上面の寸法よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の型。 - 前記壁部に、前記平面から前記左右方向へ離れるにしたがって下り傾斜する傾斜面が、前記平面に連なるように形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の型。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の型を備えていることを特徴とするプレス加工装置。
