Abstract
【解決手段】ヒートショック判定部101が、冷却水流路における冷却水温度と、熱源流路における冷却水温度との差が所定温度以上であると判定した場合に、流路切替部102は、少なくともバイパス流路及び熱源流路を流れる冷却水を混合して冷却水流路に流入させる。

Claims (10)
- 冷却水を利用して外気吸熱を行うヒートポンプシステムであって、
外気吸熱器(20)、第1切替弁(41)、熱源(21)、第2切替弁(40)を冷却水が通るように設けられている流路(3)と、
前記第1切替弁及び前記第2切替弁を開閉することで、前記流路における流路切り替えを制御する流路切替部(102)と、
前記流路を流れる冷却水温度に基づいて、前記外気吸熱器においてヒートショックによる不具合が起きるか否かのヒートショック判定を実行するヒートショック判定部(101)と、を備え、
前記流路は、前記第1切替弁から前記外気吸熱器を通って前記第2切替弁に至る冷却水流路(30)と、前記第2切替弁から前記熱源を通って前記第1切替弁に至る熱源流路(32)と、前記第1切替弁と前記第2切替弁とを直接繋ぐバイパス流路(31,311)と、を有しており、
前記ヒートショック判定部が、前記冷却水流路における冷却水温度と、前記熱源流路における冷却水温度との差が所定温度以上であると判定した場合に、
前記流路切替部は、少なくとも前記バイパス流路及び前記熱源流路を流れる冷却水を混合して前記冷却水流路に流入させる、ヒートポンプシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のヒートポンプシステムであって、
前記流路切替部は、前記バイパス流路を流れる冷却水と前記熱源流路を流れる冷却水とが混合され前記外気吸熱器においてヒートショックが起こらない閾値温度以下となるように準備切替を実行し、前記閾値温度以下となった冷却水を前記冷却水流路に供給するように供給切替を実行する、ヒートポンプシステム。 - 請求項2に記載のヒートポンプシステムであって、
前記流路切替部は、前記準備切替の実行後、前記バイパス流路内の冷却水を前記冷却水流路に供給するように前記供給切替を実行する、ヒートポンプシステム。 - 請求項2に記載のヒートポンプシステムであって、
前記流路切替部は、前記準備切替の実行後、前記熱源流路内の冷却水を前記冷却水流路に供給するように前記供給切替を実行する、ヒートポンプシステム。 - 請求項2に記載のヒートポンプシステムであって、
前記流路切替部は、前記準備切替の実行後、前記バイパス流路及び前記熱源流路内の冷却水を前記冷却水流路に供給するように前記供給切替を実行する、ヒートポンプシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のヒートポンプシステムであって、
前記流路切替部は、前記準備切替の実行後、前記バイパス流路内の冷却水の温度と前記熱源流路内の冷却水の温度とを比較し、温度の低い方の冷却水から前記冷却水流路に供給するように前記供給切替を実行する、ヒートポンプシステム。 - 請求項6に記載のヒートポンプシステムであって、
前記流路切替部は、温度の低い方の冷却水から前記冷却水流路に供給し、前記冷却水流路内の冷却水の温度と、前記バイパス流路内の冷却水の温度との差が所定温度以下となった場合に、少なくとも前記熱源流路内の冷却水を前記冷却水流路に供給する、ヒートポンプシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のヒートポンプシステムであって、
前記流路切替部は、前記バイパス流路内の冷却水と前記熱源流路内の冷却水とを混合しながら前記冷却水流路に供給する逐次供給切替を実行する、ヒートポンプシステム。 - 請求項8に記載のヒートポンプシステムであって、
前記流路切替部は、前記逐次供給切替の実行中において、前記冷却水流路内の冷却水の温度に応じて、前記バイパス流路から供給する冷却水の量と、前記熱源流路から供給する冷却水の量との比を調整する、ヒートポンプシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のヒートポンプシステムであって、
前記バイパス流路(311)にヒータコアが設けられており、前記バイパス流路及び前記熱源流路を流れる冷却水の温度を低下させることができる、ヒートポンプシステム。
