Claims (2)
- 廃棄物溶融炉の内張りに適用される廃棄物溶融炉用ジルコニア質プレキャスト耐火物の製造方法であって、
安定化ジルコニア質原料及びアルミナセメントを含有し、かつシリカ原料の含有量が2質量%以下(0を含む。)である原料配合物に、水を添加して混練し、鋳込み成形後、1650℃以上で焼結させることを特徴とする廃棄物溶融炉用ジルコニア質プレキャスト耐火物の製造方法。 - 前記原料配合物中の安定化ジルコニア質原料の含有量が90質量%以上である請求項1に記載の廃棄物溶融炉用ジルコニア質プレキャスト耐火物の製造方法。
