Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による回転機械(10)は、固定子ケーシング(18)を有した固定子(12)と;回転軸線(X−X)を有した回転子シャフト(16)であるとともに、少なくとも1つの径方向の磁気的ベアリング(20,22)によって固定子ケーシング内に支持された回転子シャフト(16)と;を具備している。回転機械(10)は、回転子シャフト(16)の一方の端部(16b)の径方向表面の近傍に、軸線方向の機械的なスラストベアリング(24,30)を具備し、この軸線方向の機械的なスラストベアリングが、回転子シャフト(16)の回転軸線(X−X)上に配置された転がり部材(24a,32)を有している。

Claims (12)
- 回転機械(10)であって、
固定子ケーシング(18)を有した固定子(12)と;
回転軸線(X−X)を有した回転子シャフト(16)であるとともに、少なくとも1つの径方向の磁気的ベアリング(20,22)によって前記固定子ケーシング(18)内に支持された回転子シャフト(16)と;
を具備してなり、
前記回転機械(10)が、前記回転子シャフト(16)の一方の端部(16b)の径方向表面の近傍に、軸線方向の機械的なスラストベアリング(24,30)を具備し、
前記軸線方向の機械的なスラストベアリング(24,30)が、前記回転子シャフト(16)の前記回転軸線(X−X)上に配置された転がり部材(24a,32)を有している、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項1記載の回転機械において、
前記転がり部材(24a)が、前記回転子シャフト(16)の前記端部(16b)に対して軸線方向において直接的に接触し、
これにより、前記回転子シャフト(16)が、前記転がり部材(24a)上において恒久的に回転し得る、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項1記載の回転機械において、
前記軸線方向の機械的なスラストベアリング(30)が、前記回転子シャフト(16)の前記端部(16a)に対して軸線方向において接触しているとともに、固定子プレート(36)と前記回転子シャフト(16)の前記端部(16b)との間に設置されたベアリング(34)を有し、
前記ベアリング(34)が、前記回転子シャフトの重量を支持し得るものとされ、
前記固定子プレート(36)が、転がり部材(32)によって支持されている、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項3記載の回転機械において、
前記固定子プレート(36)が、弾性手段(38)を介して前記固定子ケーシング(18)に対して固定されている、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項4記載の回転機械において、
前記弾性手段(38)が、少なくとも3つのスプリングを有し、
各スプリングが、前記固定子プレート(36)の外周縁と、前記固定子ケーシング(18)の内周縁(18d)との間で固定されている、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項4記載の回転機械において、
前記弾性手段が、前記固定子プレートを径方向に取り囲むO−リングを有している、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の回転機械において、
前記ベアリング(34)が、前記固定子プレート(36)上に設置された内側リング(34a)と、前記回転子シャフト(16)の前記端部(16b)の径方向表面上に設置された外側リング(34b)と、前記内側リング(34a)と前記外側リング(34b)との間に配置された少なくとも1つの列をなす複数の転がり部材(34c,34d)と、を有している、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項7記載の回転機械において、
前記ベアリング(34)が、前記内側リング(34a)と前記外側リング(34b)との間に配置された環状列をなす複数の転がり部材(34c,34d)を有している、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の回転機械において、
前記回転子シャフト(16)の前記回転軸線(X−X)上に配置された前記転がり部材(24a,32)が、ボールである、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の回転機械において、
上側の径方向タッチダウンベアリング(26)および下側の径方向タッチダウンベアリング(28)を具備し、
これにより、前記径方向の磁気的ベアリング(20,22)の故障時に、前記回転子シャフト(16)を径方向において支持することができる、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の回転機械において、
2つの径方向の磁気的ベアリング(20,22)を具備している、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の回転機械において、
軸線方向の磁気的ベアリングを具備し、
前記軸線方向の機械的なスラストベアリング(24,30)が、前記軸線方向の磁気的ベアリングの故障時に、前記回転子シャフト(16)の前記端部(16b)に対して軸線方向において接触するものとされている、
ことを特徴とする回転機械。
