ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飲料の製造方法。 - 前記所定量は、煮沸後の前記原料液1Lあたり塩化カルシウム無水物又は塩化マグネシウム無水物に換算して10mg以上、1000mg以下の範囲内の量である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の飲料の製造方法。 - 所定量の硬度調整剤を使用することと、
ホップ成分を含む原料液を煮沸することと、
煮沸後の前記原料液を使用して飲料を製造することと、
を含む飲料の製造方法において、
前記所定量の少なくとも一部の量の前記硬度調整剤を前記原料液の煮沸の開始以後に添加することにより、前記所定量の前記硬度調整剤を前記原料液の煮沸前に添加する場合に比べて、前記飲料へのホップ苦味成分の移行率を向上させる
ことを特徴とする方法。
