Claims (14)
- 評価対象の細胞を評価する第1の評価部と第2の評価部とを備え、
前記第1の評価部が、前記評価対象の細胞を撮像した画像に基づいて、前記評価対象の細胞が少なくとも2種類の細胞に該当するか否かをそれぞれ判別する判別部を少なくとも2つ有し、
前記第2の評価部が、前記判別部のうち少なくとも2つの判別部による判別結果が相反する場合に、前記評価対象の細胞を前記第1の評価部の評価条件とは異なる評価条件で評価することを特徴とする細胞評価装置。 - 前記第2の評価部が、前記第1の評価部よりも高倍率で前記評価対象の細胞を撮像した画像に基づいて、前記評価対象の細胞を評価する請求項1記載の細胞評価装置。
- 前記第2の評価部が、前記評価対象の細胞の群を複数の領域に分割した画像に基づいて評価を行う場合、前記複数の領域の画像のうちの1つの画像の評価結果を代表の評価結果とする請求項2記載の細胞評価装置。
- 前記第2の評価部が、前記評価対象の細胞の群を複数の領域に分割した画像に基づいて評価を行う場合、前記複数の領域の画像の評価結果のうち最も多い評価結果を代表の評価結果とする請求項2記載の細胞評価装置。
- 前記第2の評価部が、前記評価対象の細胞の群を複数の領域に分割した画像に基づいて評価を行う場合、前記複数の領域の画像の評価結果を平均した結果を代表の評価結果とする請求項2記載の細胞評価装置。
- 前記第1の評価部が、前記評価対象の細胞を非侵襲的な撮像方法によって撮像した画像に基づいて、前記評価対象の細胞を評価し、
前記第2の評価部が、前記評価対象の細胞を侵襲的な撮像方法によって撮像した画像に基づいて、前記評価対象の細胞を評価する請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の細胞評価装置。 - 前記第2の評価部が、前記評価対象の細胞の蛍光画像に基づいて、前記評価対象の細胞を評価する請求項6記載の細胞評価装置。
- 前記第2の評価部が、前記第1の評価部において前記判別に用いた画像の撮像時点から予め設定された時間だけ経過した時点において撮像された画像に基づいて、前記評価対象の細胞を評価する請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の細胞評価装置。
- 前記第2の評価部が、前記第1の評価部よりも多い枚数の前記評価対象の細胞を撮像した画像に基づいて、前記評価対象の細胞を評価する請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の細胞評価装置。
- 前記第1の評価部および前記第2の評価部が、前記評価対象の細胞を経時的に複数回評価する場合、
過去の前記第1の評価部の前記少なくとも2つの判別部による判別結果が相反する場合には、現在の前記評価対象の細胞の前記第1の評価部による評価を行うことなく前記第2の評価部による評価を行う請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の細胞評価装置。 - 前記第1の評価部および前記第2の評価部が、前記評価対象の細胞の群を複数の領域に分割して評価を行う場合、
前記複数の領域のうちの1つの領域の過去の判別結果が相反する場合には、前記1つの領域と該1つの領域の周囲の領域の現在の前記評価対象の細胞の前記第1の評価部による評価を行わない請求項10記載の細胞評価装置。 - 前記第2の評価部が、前記第1の評価部と同じ少なくとも2つの判別部を有し、該少なくとも2つの判別部による判別結果が相反する場合には、前記評価対象の細胞をさらに異なる評価条件で評価する請求項1から11いずれか1項記載の細胞評価装置。
- 前記第2の評価部が、該第2の評価部が有する前記少なくとも2つの判別部による判別結果が相反する場合、評価条件を複数回変更して順次評価を行うものであり、前記少なくとの2つの判別部による判別結果が矛盾しない結果となった時点で評価を終了する請求項12記載の細胞評価装置。
- 評価対象の細胞を撮像した画像に基づいて、前記評価対象の細胞が少なくとも2種類の細胞に該当するか否かを少なくとも2つの判別部を用いて判別する第1の評価を行い、
前記判別部のうち少なくとも2つの判別部の判別結果が相反する場合に、前記評価対象の細胞を第1の評価とは異なる評価条件で評価する第2の評価を行うことを特徴とする細胞評価方法。
