Claims (6)
- 左,右の車輪を備えた車体に搭載され、左,右方向の中間部に配置されたデファレンシャルケースおよび該デファレンシャルケースから左,右方向の外側に向けて延び前記車輪側が減速機取付部となった左,右のアクスルチューブを有するケーシングと、
前記デファレンシャルケース内に設けられたデファレンシャル機構と、
前記左,右のアクスルチューブ内を左,右方向に延び、前記デファレンシャル機構によって分配された駆動源の回転力が伝達される左,右のアクスル軸と、
前記左,右のアクスルチューブの減速機取付部に取付けられ前記左,右のアクスル軸の回転を減速する左,右の遊星歯車減速機構と、
前記左,右のアクスル軸に制動力を付与する左,右のブレーキ機構とを備えてなる走行用アクスル装置において、
前記遊星歯車減速機構は、
前記アクスルチューブの減速機取付部に取付けられると共に前記アクスルチューブから左,右方向の外側に延びて前記車輪側が開口し、内周側に全周に亘って内歯車が形成された筒状の減速機ケースと、
前記アクスル軸に取付けられ前記アクスル軸の軸方向に沿って前記減速機ケース内に延びた太陽歯車と、
前記太陽歯車と前記内歯車とに噛合し前記太陽歯車の周囲を自転しつつ公転する遊星歯車と、
前記減速機ケース内で前記遊星歯車を回転可能に支持する遊星歯車支持部を有し、該遊星歯車支持部から前記減速機ケースの外側に向け軸方向に突出した部位が前記車輪が着脱可能に取付けられる車輪取付部となり、前記遊星歯車の公転に伴って回転するキャリアと、
前記内歯車を左,右方向から挟んで前記減速機ケース内に設けられ、前記減速機ケースに対して前記キャリアを回転可能に支持する一対の軸受と、
前記キャリアに着脱可能に取付けられ前記キャリアとの間で前記各軸受と前記内歯車とを挟込んで保持するリテーナと、
前記減速機ケースの前記車輪側の内周面と前記キャリアの前記車輪取付部の外周面との間に設けられ前記減速機ケース内に潤滑油を封止するオイルシールとにより構成し、
前記減速機ケースは、前記アクスルチューブの減速機取付部に着脱可能に取付ける構成とし、
前記ブレーキ機構は、前記アクスルチューブの減速機取付部の内周側に配置され、前記減速機取付部から前記減速機ケースを取外したときに前記減速機取付部の内周側に保持される構成としたことを特徴とする走行用アクスル装置。 - 前記車輪は、前記キャリアの前記車輪取付部に締結部材を用いて着脱可能に取付ける構成とし、
前記減速機ケースは、前記アクスルチューブの減速機取付部に締結部材を用いて着脱可能に取付ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載の走行用アクスル装置。 - 前記キャリアの前記デファレンシャル機構側に設けられた歯車支持部の端面には雌ねじ穴を設け、
前記リテーナには前記雌ねじ穴と対応する位置にボルト挿通孔を設け、
前記リテーナは、前記キャリアの前記デファレンシャル機構側から前記ボルト挿通孔に挿通したボルトを前記雌ねじ穴に螺着することにより、前記キャリアとの間で前記各軸受と前記内歯車とを挟込んで保持する構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の走行用アクスル装置。 - 前記キャリアには歯車支持部を左,右方向に貫通するボルト挿通孔を設け、
前記リテーナには前記ボルト挿通孔と対応する位置に雌ねじ孔を設け、
前記リテーナは、前記キャリアの前記車輪側から前記ボルト挿通孔に挿通したボルトを前記雌ねじ孔に螺着することにより、前記キャリアとの間で前記各軸受と前記内歯車とを挟込んで保持する構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の走行用アクスル装置。 - 前記ブレーキ機構は、
前記アクスル軸と一緒に回転する複数枚の回転ディスクと、
前記各回転ディスクを左,右方向から挟んで対面し前記アクスルチューブの前記車輪側の内周に非回転状態に取付けられた複数枚の非回転ディスクと、
前記非回転ディスクを前記回転ディスクに押付けて制動力を発生させるピストンとにより構成し、
前記回転ディスクは、前記遊星歯車減速機構の前記太陽歯車にスプライン結合する構成としてなる請求項1,2,3または4に記載の走行用アクスル装置。 - 前記ブレーキ機構は、
前記アクスル軸と一緒に回転する複数枚の回転ディスクと、
前記各回転ディスクを左,右方向から挟んで対面し前記アクスルチューブの前記車輪側の内周に非回転状態に取付けられた複数枚の非回転ディスクと、
前記非回転ディスクを前記回転ディスクに押付けて制動力を発生させるピストンとにより構成し、
前記リテーナには、前記減速機ケースから前記アクスルチューブ内へと延びる円筒状の延長筒部を設け、
前記回転ディスクは、前記リテーナの延長筒部にスプライン結合する構成としてなる請求項1,2,3または4に記載の走行用アクスル装置。
