Abstract
【解決手段】 圧力制御弁座5fに離着座する圧力制御弁体6bと、開閉弁座50bに離着座する開閉弁体6cとを有し、これらでパイロット通路18の上流側と下流側を開閉する弁体部材6と、段差5gと弁体部材6との間に介装されて、圧力制御弁体6bを圧力制御弁座5fから離間させるとともに、開閉弁体6cを開閉弁座50bへ接近させる方向へ弁体部材6を附勢する皿ばね60と、皿ばね60の附勢力に抗して弁体部材6を駆動可能なソレノイドSとを備え、皿ばね60が自然長になった状態で、開閉弁体6cと開閉弁座50bとの間に隙間が形成される。

Claims (5)
- 圧力制御弁座に離着座して流路を開閉する圧力制御弁体と、開閉弁座に離着座して前記流路の前記圧力制御弁体で開閉する部分より下流を開閉する開閉弁体とを有する弁体部材と、
ばね受と前記弁体部材との間に介装されて、前記圧力制御弁体を前記圧力制御弁座から離間させるとともに、前記開閉弁体を前記開閉弁座へ接近させる方向へ前記弁体部材を附勢する弾性部材と、
前記弾性部材の附勢力に抗して、前記圧力制御弁体を前記圧力制御弁座へ接近させる方向へ前記弁体部材を駆動可能なソレノイドとを備え、
前記弾性部材が自然長になった状態で、前記開閉弁体と前記開閉弁座との間に隙間が形成される
ことを特徴とする減衰弁。 - 一端が前記圧力制御弁座と前記開閉弁座の間に開口し、前記流路から分岐するフェール通路と、
前記フェール通路に設けたフェール弁とを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰弁。 - 前記ソレノイドのシャフトは、先端に小径部を有するとともに、
前記弁体部材は、端部にソケットを有し、
一端が前記小径部の外周に嵌るとともに、他端が前記ソケットの内周に嵌る第二弾性部材を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の減衰弁。 - ポートと、
前記ポートを開閉する主弁とを備え、
前記流路は、前記ポートの前記主弁よりも上流側の圧力を前記主弁の背圧として導くパイロット通路であり、
前記圧力制御弁体の開閉度合の調整で前記背圧を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の減衰弁。 - シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動可能に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を二つの部屋に区画するピストンと、
前記請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の減衰弁とを備え、
前記減衰弁は、前記ピストンの摺動時に一方の前記部屋から前記ピストンで押し出される液体の流れに抵抗を与える
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。
