Abstract
Description
例えば心臓の血管内の狭窄部の治療に用いられるバルーンカテーテル10は、図1に示すように、バルーン20Aと、アウターシャフト30と、コネクタ40と、インナーシャフト50Aと、チップ60と、コアワイヤ90と、を備えている。
実施例2のバルーンカテーテル11の接合部80Bを、図4に従って説明する。なお、実施例1と同様の構成を有するものは同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。
実施例3のバルーンカテーテル12の接合部80Cについて、図5に従って説明する。なお、実施例1,2と同様の構成を有するものは同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- バルーンと、
前記バルーンの先端に接合されたインナーシャフトと、
前記インナーシャフトの先端に接合されたチップと、を備えたバルーンカテーテルにおいて、
前記チップは、前記バルーンの外周を被覆するように後端方向に延びており、
前記バルーンの先端が前記インナーシャフトと前記チップの後端部とに挟まれた状態で、前記バルーンの前記先端と前記インナーシャフトと前記チップとが接合されていることを特徴とするバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記バルーンの前記先端と前記インナーシャフトと前記チップとが接合した接合部において、
前記インナーシャフトの外周面は、凹凸形状を有している
請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記インナーシャフトの外周面における凹凸形状は、前記インナーシャフトの内部に埋め込まれたコイル体により形成されている
請求項2に記載のバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記接合部における前記バルーンの前記先端の内周面は、前記インナーシャフトの外周面が有する凹凸形状に対応する凹凸形状を有している
請求項2又は請求項3に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
