Abstract
【解決手段】非常制動力発生システムは、インジェクタで噴射される燃料と空気を用いて燃焼を行い、回転力を発生させるエンジン130と、エンジンの一側に空気を送り、かつエンジンの回転力により回転するように配置される冷却ファンと、エンジンの回転力を冷却ファンに選択的に伝達するように配置される冷却ファンクラッチ110と、エンジンの回転力が入力されてギヤ比を可変させて走行ホイールを回転させるように配置される変速機130と、非常制動信号が発生されると、冷却ファンクラッチを通じて、冷却ファンとエンジンを直結して、冷却ファンを通じてエンジンの回転に負荷を増加させる制御部150と、を備える。

Claims (10)
- インジェクターで噴射される燃料と空気を用いて燃焼を行い、これを用いて回転力を発生させるエンジンと、
前記エンジンの一側に空気を伝達するように前記エンジンの回転力により回転するように配置される冷却ファンと、
前記エンジンの回転力を前記冷却ファンに選択的に伝達するように配置される冷却ファンクラッチと、
前記エンジンの回転力を入力されてギヤ比を可変させて走行ホイールを回転させるように配置される変速機と、
非常制動信号が発生されると、前記冷却ファンクラッチを通じて前記冷却ファンと前記エンジンを直結して前記冷却ファンを通じて前記エンジンの回転に負荷を増加させる制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする非常制動力発生システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記非常制動信号が発生されると、前記インジェクターをオフさせて燃料噴射を中断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非常制動力発生システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記非常制動信号が発生されると、前記変速機を1段または2段ギヤに変速することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の非常制動力発生システム。 - 前記制御部は、
ブレーキペダルの作動信号および車両走行速度を通じて前記非常制動信号を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非常制動力発生システム。 - 前記制御部は、
非常制動信号が発生されると、前記走行ホイールの回転力が前記変速機を通じて前記エンジンに伝達されるように前記エンジンおよび前記変速機を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非常制動力発生システム。 - 前記ファンクラッチ、前記エンジン、前記変速機、および前記走行ホイールが一つの回転力伝達経路上に順次に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非常制動力発生システム。
- 非常制動信号を感知する段階と、
前記非常制動信号が発生したと判断されると、エンジンと冷却ファンの間の回転力伝達経路に配置されるファンクラッチを作動させて前記エンジンと前記冷却ファンが最高回転速度で直結される段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする非常制動力発生方法。 - 前記エンジンに配置されるインジェクターを制御して燃料噴射を遮断する段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の非常制動力発生方法。
- 前記エンジンの回転力を伝達されてギヤ比を調節して出力する変速機をさらに含み、前記変速機の変速段を下向させる段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の非常制動力発生方法。
- ブレーキペダルの作動信号が感知されると、前記エンジンと前記冷却ファンを直結させることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の非常制動力発生方法。
