Abstract
【解決手段】駆動力を増減する駆動装置が少なくとも左右二輪10,11の各々に個別に設けられ、かつ油圧によって動作し前記二輪10,11の各々に個別に制動力を与えるブレーキ機構が設けられた駆動力制御装置において、前記いずれかの駆動装置の故障を検出する故障検出手段(車両ECU)39と、その故障検出手段39によって前記故障が検出された場合に前記二輪の各々に制動力を加える制動指示手段(ブレーキ・モータ統合ECU)38と、故障が検出されていない駆動装置に連結されている車輪についての制動力を前記ブレーキ機構による制動力から前記駆動装置による制動力に移行させる制動力切換手段(ブレーキ・モータ統合ECU)38とを備えている。

Claims (3)
- 駆動トルクを増減する駆動装置が少なくとも左右の二輪のそれぞれに個別に設けられ、かつ油圧によって動作して前記二輪のそれぞれに個別に制動力を与えるブレーキ機構が設けられた駆動力制御装置において、
前記いずれかの駆動装置の故障を検出する故障検出手段と、
その故障検出手段によって前記故障が検出された場合に前記ブレーキ機構により前記二輪のそれぞれに制動力を加えるように指令を出力する制動指示手段と、
前記故障が検出されていない駆動装置に連結されている車輪についての制動力を前記ブレーキ機構による制動力から前記駆動装置による制動力に移行させる制動力切換手段と
を備えていることを特徴とする駆動力制御装置。 - 前記故障検出手段より故障が検出された駆動装置を前記車輪から電気的もしくは機械的に遮断する遮断手段を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動力制御装置。
- 前記駆動装置は、発電機能を備えたモータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の駆動力制御装置。
