Abstract
【解決手段】充電器本体110は、商用電源のコンセントと第1コネクタ120との間に配置され、一端が商用電源に連結され、他端が第1コネクタ120に連結される内部線路抵抗R3と、一端が第1コネクタ120に連結され、他端が内部線路抵抗R3の一端に連結されるスイッチ113と、一端が第1コネクタ120およびスイッチ113に連結され、他端が第2コネクタ130と連結されるリレー111,112と、予め設定された動作モードに応じてスイッチ113およびリレー111,112の動作を制御する制御部150と、を含む。

Claims (10)
- 商用電源のコンセントに連結される第1コネクタと、充電対象装置に連結される第2コネクタと、前記第1コネクタと前記第2コネクタとの間に配置され、前記第1コネクタを介して供給される前記商用電源の経路を制御する充電器本体と、を含む電気自動車充電器であって、
前記充電器本体は、
前記商用電源のコンセントと前記第1コネクタとの間に配置され、一端が前記商用電源に連結され、他端が前記第1コネクタに連結される内部線路抵抗と、
一端が前記第1コネクタに連結され、他端が前記内部線路抵抗の一端に連結されるスイッチと、
一端が前記第1コネクタおよび前記スイッチに連結され、他端が前記第2コネクタと連結されるリレーと、
予め設定された動作モードに応じて前記スイッチおよび前記リレーの動作を制御する制御部と、を含む、電気自動車充電器。 - 前記動作モードは、
前記第2コネクタに連結された前記充電対象装置を含む第1経路に前記商用電源を供給し、前記充電対象装置に充電電源を供給する第1動作モードと、
前記内部線路抵抗を含む第2経路に前記商用電源を供給し、内部線路の状態を確認する第2動作モードと、を含む、請求項1に記載の電気自動車充電器。 - 前記制御部は、
予め設定されたイベントが発生すると、前記動作モードを前記第2動作モードと決定し、
前記イベントは、
前記第2コネクタに対する前記充電対象装置の連結が検知される第1イベントと、
予め設定された所定の周期が経過した第2イベントと、
予め設定された充電条件による充電可能時間が経過した第3イベントのうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項2に記載の電気自動車充電器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第2動作モードで、前記内部線路抵抗に流れる線路電圧および線路電流を検出し、検出した前記線路電圧および前記線路電流に基づいて全体線路抵抗値を検出し、
検出した前記全体線路抵抗値に応じて前記内部線路の状態を判断する、請求項3に記載の電気自動車充電器。 - 前記商用電源の内部線路に配置される商用電源線路抵抗と、
前記第1コネクタ内に配置され、プラグと接触する接触抵抗と、をさらに含み、
前記全体線路抵抗値は、
前記商用電源線路抵抗、前記接触抵抗および前記内部線路抵抗により決定される、請求項4に記載の電気自動車充電器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記全体線路抵抗値が第1基準値以下である場合には、前記動作モードを前記第1動作モードと決定し、前記充電対象装置で要求する充電条件に応じて充電電源が供給されるように制御し、
前記全体線路抵抗値が前記第1基準値より大きい場合には、前記充電対象装置の充電のための充電条件を設定する、請求項4に記載の電気自動車充電器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記全体線路抵抗値が第1基準値より大きい場合には、前記全体線路抵抗値が第2基準値以下であるか否かを判断し、
前記全体線路抵抗値が前記第2基準値以下である場合には、前記全体線路抵抗値に応じて前記充電対象装置への前記充電電源を供給するための充電条件を設定し、
前記全体線路抵抗値が前記第2基準値より大きい場合には、前記充電対象装置への前記充電電源の供給を遮断する、請求項4に記載の電気自動車充電器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記全体線路抵抗値が前記第1基準値より大きく、前記第2基準値以下である場合には、前記第2コネクタに連結された前記充電対象装置への前記充電電源の供給が可能な前記充電可能時間を設定し、設定した前記充電可能時間の間に前記充電電源が供給されるようにし、
前記充電可能時間は、
前記全体線路抵抗値が前記第1基準値に近づくほど大きくなり、前記第2基準値に近づくほど小さくなり、
前記制御部は、
前記充電対象装置で要求する充電電流を確認し、
確認した前記充電電流に応じて設定した前記充電可能時間を調整し、
前記充電可能時間は、
確認した前記充電電流が大きいほど減少する、請求項7に記載の電気自動車充電器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1動作モードで、前記リレーをオン状態で動作させ、前記スイッチをオフ状態で動作させ、
前記第2動作モードで、前記リレーをオフ状態で動作させ、前記スイッチをオン状態で動作させる、請求項2に記載の電気自動車充電器。 - 前記内部線路の状態は、
電気自動車充電器の内部線路状態、前記商用電源の内部線路状態および前記第1コネクタと前記コンセントとの接触状態により決定される、請求項5に記載の電気自動車充電器。
