Claims (6)
- 電力系統の電圧無効電力制御装置を監視する電圧無効電力制御システムにおいて,
発電パターンの発生確率に基づき母線電圧を算出し,系統構成情報から前記母線電圧に関連付いた損失予測情報を出力する損失予測情報出力部(401)と,
前記損失予測情報から電圧無効電力制御装置の制御パターンを決定する制御量決定部(411)を有する中央監視装置(40)を有することを特徴とする電圧無効電力制御システム(1)。 - 請求項1記載の電圧無効電力制御システムであって、
前記中央監視装置(40)は,電源出力DB(103)が格納する電源の出力変動幅の確率分布を入力とし,各電源出力とその発生確率を発電パターンとして出力する発電パターン算出部(402)と,
前記発電パターンを入力とし,各母線の電圧変動を予測する電圧予測情報算出部(403)を有することを特徴とする電圧無効電力制御システム(1)。 - 請求項1記載の電圧無効電力制御システムであって、
前記制御量決定部(411)は,制御機器情報DB(301)が格納する電圧無効電力制御装置の制御コストと前記損失予測情報を入力とし,電圧無効電力制御装置の目標量である制御パターンを決定することを特徴とする電圧無効電力制御システム(1)。 - 請求項2〜3記載の電圧無効電力制御システムであって、
前記中央監視装置(40)は,損失予測情報として,送電損失コスト,電力流通設備の故障による損失コスト,電源の出力調整,及び,緊急停止と,需要抑制,負荷遮断に要する費用のいずれか少なくとも1つを発生確率と紐づいた時系列情報として,前記発電パターンを入力とした潮流計算から算出することと,
電圧無効電力制御装置の制御コストとして,機器の導入費,メンテナンス費,及び,寿命までの制御回数のいずれか少なくとも1つを発生確率と紐づいた時系列情報として,前記発電パターンを入力とした潮流計算から算出することを特徴とする電圧無効電力制御システム(1)。 - 請求項4記載の電圧無効電力制御システムであって、
前記電圧無効電力制御システム(1)は,中央監視装置(40)の出力,及び,ローカル制御装置(50)の制御結果から,前記制御コストと,前記損失予測情報を現在の制御装置の状態を維持したままの時の予測値,及び,前記中央監視装置(40)が出力する制御目標量に従った時の予測値を表示することと,
発生確率と紐づいた前記損失予測情報の時系列情報,及び,同様に発生確率と紐づいた電圧予測情報を表示することを特徴とする電圧無効電力制御システム(1)。 - 請求項1記載の電圧無効電力制御システムであって、
前記電圧無効電力制御システム(1)は,母線電圧に紐づいた前記損失予測情報を更新する情報を出力する発生確率更新部(421a)と,
ローカル制御装置で計測する母線電圧と,前記発生確率更新部からの情報を入力とし,前記損失予測情報を更新する制御量決定部(502a)を有することを特徴とする電圧無効電力制御システム(1)。
