図1(A)は本発明の一例である扉用シャッタ装置を組み込んだ開き戸をシャッタ降下状態において示す正面図(B)は側面図、図2(A)は同じ開き戸をシャッタ格納で示す正面図(B)は側面図、図3(A)は扉用シャッタ装置を、ラッチ錠の解錠状態において内部機構を示す縦断面図(B)は施錠状態において内部機構を示す縦断面図、図4は開き戸の室内側を示す正面図である。図示実施の形態では、扉用シャッタ装置Rをトイレの開き戸Dに適用する。

Claims (2)
- 扉を閉じて室内を使用するときにシャッタを降ろして前記扉と床面間に開いた通気用隙間を遮蔽する扉用シャッタ装置において、
閉状態の前記扉を施解錠するとき、操作具により連動部を、前記シャッタが降りて前記隙間を塞ぐ下段位置と上昇して前記隙間を開ける上段位置の間を移動する可動アームを備える錠前と、前記シャッタと、前記扉の下端に凹設したシャッタ取付溝に合わせて溝形で前記シャッタを納める高さの格納位置と前記隙間を塞ぐ高さの遮蔽位置に昇降可能に吊持するシャッタケースを有するシャッタユニットと、ロッドバーの上端には、前記連動部を係合部に係合して前記可動アームと連動するジョイントを装着し、下端に前記シャッタを踏み込んで格納位置に上昇させる足部材を装着したリンク体を、前記開き戸内の戸先側で芯材に高さ方向上下に直線往復動可能に組み込む運動伝達ユニットを備え、前記リンク体は、前記ロッドバーの下端に長さ方向に伸縮自在な弾性体を介して前記足部材を取り付け、該足部材を載せた状態であっても、前記ロッドバーの長さ方向に弾性体の弾性復帰力に従って前記ロッドバーに対し上下動可能な構成にしてなることを特徴とする、扉用シャッタ装置。 - 前記弾性体は、前記足部材を載せて下向きに踏み付けた前記シャッタ側から、前記足部材を上向きに押し戻す外力を受けたとき、そのシャッタ・揺動杆・シャッタガイドの重さを含む外力に打ち勝つ大きな弾性力を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の扉用シャッタ装置。
