Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 長手方向に延び、且つ製品が前記トレイから搬送される搬送部へと前記トレイの長手方向に運搬される製品を受容する受け部を有するコンベアトレイであって、前記トレイは前記トレイが角運動する長手方向の軸も有するコンベアトレイと、
前記トレイの長手方向の往復運動を引き起こすための駆動アセンブリであって、前記受け部から下流に前記搬送部に向かって前記トレイの長手方向に製品を移動させ、前記長手方向の軸周りに前記トレイを角運動させる駆動アセンブリと
を含み、
前記トレイは、前記トレイが第1の角度位置に有る場合に前記製品が移動される前記受け部から前記搬送部へと延びる長手方向延長ベース、及び前記第1の角度位置から前記長手方向の軸周りに間隔を開けた第2の角度位置に前記トレイが有る場合に少なくとも一部の製品が前記コンベアから搬送され得る第2の搬送部へと前記受け部から延びる少なくとも1つの長手方向延長側壁を有し、前記第2の搬送部は、第1の搬送部が前記受け部から間隔を開けられるよりも短い長さだけ前記受け部から間隔を開けられる、スリップコンベア。 - 前記第1の搬送部は前記トレイの端部である、請求項1に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記受け部は前記トレイの端部である、請求項1又は2に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記第2の搬送部は開口である、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記開口は、前記端部の第1の搬送部の上流に隣接して位置する、請求項4に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記開口は第1の開口であり、前記トレイは、前記搬送部と前記受け部との中間に有り且つ前記受け部に向かって前記第1の開口から間隔を開けられる第2の開口を含む、請求項4又は5に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記長手方向延長側壁の1つは第1の側壁であり、前記トレイは第2の長手方向延長側壁を含み、2つの側壁及びベースが前記製品が移動する長手方向延長トラフを提供するように前記ベースは2つの側壁の間に位置する、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記トレイは管状構成である、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記トレイの少なくとも一部が円形の横断面を有する、請求項8に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記コンベアは、前記駆動アセンブリを介して前記トレイが取り付けられるベースを含む、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記駆動アセンブリは第1のモータを含み、前記第1のモータは、前記ベースに取り付けられ且つ前記トレイに沿って製品を運搬するために前記トレイの長手方向の往復運動を引き起こすように前記トレイに接続される、請求項10に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記駆動アセンブリは第2のモータを含み、前記第2のモータは、前記ベースに取り付けられ且つ前記トレイの角運動を引き起こすように前記トレイに動作可能に結合される、請求項11に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記コンベアは、前記ベースに取り付けられるガイドであって、且つ前記トレイの長手方向の往復運動を提供するように前記トレイが移動するガイドを含む、請求項10〜12の何れか1項に記載のスリップコンベア。
- 前記コンベアは、前記トレイに取り付けられ且つ前記トレイが通過する少なくとも1つリングを含み、前記コンベアは前記ガイドに可動的に取り付けられる取り付け部であって、前記軸周りの前記トレイの角運動を提供するように前記リングと係合される取り付け部を更に含む、請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載のスリップコンベア。
