Abstract
【解決手段】皮膜形成樹脂(A)、ショ糖芳香族モノカルボン酸エステル(B)および噴射剤(C)を含有するエアゾ−ル整髪剤である。前記ショ糖芳香族モノカルボン酸エステル(B)は、前記皮膜形成樹脂(A)100質量部に対して5〜150質量部であることが好ましい。前記ショ糖芳香族モノカルボン酸エステル(B)は、平均エステル基数が2.5〜8.0であることが好ましい。

Description
(A−1) アクリル酸アルキル/ジアセトンアクリルアミドコポリマーAMP(商品名:プラスサイズ L−9540B、互応化学工業社製)
(A−2)(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C1−18)/アルキル(C1−8)アクリルアミド)コポリマーAMP(商品名:プラスサイズL−9909B、互応化学工業社製)
(合成例1)
[(B−1)ショ糖安息香酸エステル(平均エステル基数:6.1]
撹拌棒、温度計、冷却コンデンサ−、滴下漏斗、およびpHメ−タ−に接続したpH電極を備えた5つ口フラスコに、ショ糖30.0質量部と水70.0質量部を仕込み溶解した後、水浴で10℃以下に冷却しながら、塩化ベンゾイル77.6質量部とシクロヘキサノン100質量部との混合物を徐々に加え、均一に溶かした。20℃以下の温度を保ちながら、48%苛性ソ−ダ水溶液43.2質量部を、滴下漏斗よりpHが10〜11に保たれるような速度で加えた。滴下は1時間以内で終了した。その後、水浴を取り去り、20〜30℃の室温で、1時間撹拌を続け熟成して反応を完結させた。その後、若干量の炭酸ソ−ダを加え加熱して、微量に残っている塩化ベンゾイルを安息香酸ソ−ダに変換した。そして溶媒をロ−タリ−エバポレ−タ−により除去することにより、ショ糖安息香酸エステルを得た。平均置換度を1H−NMRによって求めたところ、6.1であった。
[(B−2)ショ糖安息香酸エステル(平均エステル基数:4.5)]
塩化ベンゾイルの使用量を55.5質量部とした以外は合成例1と同様の操作を行い、ショ糖安息香酸エステルを得た。平均置換度を1H−NMRによって求めたところ、4.5であった。
[(B−3)ショ糖安息香酸エステル(平均エステル基数:3.2)]
塩化ベンゾイルの使用量を39.4質量部とした以外は合成例1と同様の操作を行い、ショ糖安息香酸エステルを得た。平均置換度を1H−NMRによって求めたところ、3.2であった。
[(B−4)ショ糖トルイル酸エステル(平均エステル基数:6.3)]
塩化ベンゾイルに代えてトルイル酸クロライド85.4質量部とした以外は合成例1と同様の操作を行い、ショ糖安息香酸エステルを得た。平均置換度を1H−NMRによって求めたところ、6.3であった。
[(B−5)ショ糖トルイル酸エステル(平均エステル基数:5.0)]
塩化ベンゾイルに代えてトルイル酸クロライド144.4質量部とした以外は合成例1と同様の操作を行い、ショ糖安息香酸エステルを得た。平均置換度を1H−NMRによって求めたところ、3.0であった。

(D−2)トリオクタン酸グリセリル
表1に記載の配合で、皮膜形成樹脂(A)、ショ糖芳香族モノカルボン酸エステル(B)およびその他の成分を混合し、エアゾール整髪剤原液を得た。このエアゾール整髪剤原液100質量部およびジメチルエーテル150質量部を耐圧容器(ガラス製)に充填することにより、エアゾール整髪剤を得た。得られたエアゾール整髪剤を用いて、カール保持力および洗浄性を下記の基準で評価した。結果を表1に示す。
長さ25cmの毛束2gを水で濡らし、タオルドライ後、直径2cmのロッドに巻きつけて自然乾燥させた。ロッドを外してカールをほぐした後、20cmの距離からヘアスプレーをスプレーして乾燥させた。これを、25℃、90%RH環境下に6時間つるした後、毛束の長さを測定し、試験前の毛束の長さに対する伸び率(%)を算出し、下記の基準で評価した。結果を表1に示す。なお、伸び率が低いほど、カール保持力が優れる(ヘアスタイルが維持できる)ことを示す。
A:0%以上25%未満
B:25%以上35%未満
C:35%以上45%未満
D:45%以上60%未満
E:60%以上
上記カール保持力で評価した毛束を、シャンプーで洗髪した後、ドライヤーを用いて乾燥した。乾燥後の毛束について、10人のパネラーによる官能試験を下記の基準で行い、その平均値を算出した。
3:ヘアスプレーが残っていない
2:ヘアスプレーがほとんど残っていない
1:ヘアスプレーが残っている
上記算出した平均値に基づいて、下記の基準で評価した。結果を表1に示す。
A:平均値が2.5点以上
B:平均値が2点以上2.5点未満
C:平均値が2点未満

- 皮膜形成樹脂(A)、ショ糖芳香族モノカルボン酸エステル(B)および噴射剤(C)を含有するエアゾ−ル整髪剤。
- 前記ショ糖芳香族モノカルボン酸エステル(B)が、前記皮膜形成樹脂(A)100質量部に対して5〜150質量部である請求項1に記載のエアゾ−ル整髪剤
- 前記ショ糖芳香族モノカルボン酸エステル(B)が、平均エステル基数2.5〜8.0である請求項1または2に記載のエアゾ−ル整髪剤。
