Abstract
【解決手段】シャフト231の第1突起部231cがガイド面211fに当接して第1弁体211が紙面上方に押し上げられると、ガイド面211fがシリンダシート面216cから離れて大径油路216aが開かれる。このとき、ガイド面211fは球面またはテーパ面であるため、第1突起部231cがガイド面211fに当接して第1弁体211が開弁位置に駆動されるときには、第1弁体211は第1弁体211の往復動方向に対して垂直方向にも押される。したがって、第1弁体211は点Eと点F又はGの2点で支持され、振動が抑制される。

Description
第2突起部231eの先端には、シャフト231の往復動方向に対して傾斜した第2突起部テーパ面231fが形成されている。そして、シャフト231が第1弁体211fの開弁向きに移動することにより、第2突起部テーパ面231fが第2弁体212に当接するようになっている。
上記実施形態では、本発明に係る調圧リザーバ20をブレーキ装置に適用したが、本発明に係る調圧リザーバ20はブレーキ装置以外にも適用することができる。

- ハウジング内通路(D)を有するハウジング(40)と、
前記ハウジング内通路と連通するシリンダ内通路(216a)を内部に有するとともに、前記シリンダ内通路の一端側端部を囲むシリンダシート面(216c)を有する筒状のシリンダ(216)と、
前記ハウジング内通路と前記シリンダ内通路とを連通させる弁体内通路(211b、213a、213b)を内部に有するとともに、前記弁体内通路中に形成された弁体内シート面(211e)を有し、前記シリンダシート面と接離して前記ハウジング内通路と前記シリンダ内通路との間を開閉する筒状の第1弁体(211)と、
前記弁体内通路に配置され、前記弁体内シート面と接離して前記ハウジング内通路と前記シリンダ内通路との間を開閉する第2弁体(212)と、
内部に前記第1弁体が往復動自在に配置される筒状の保持部材(214)と、
前記シリンダ内通路に往復動自在に配置され、前記第1弁体および前記第2弁体を開弁向きに駆動するシャフト(231)とを備え、
前記第1弁体は、前記シリンダシート面に対向する面側に、当該第1弁体の往復動方向に対して非垂直なガイド面(211f)を有し、
前記シャフトは、前記ガイド面に当接可能な第1突起部(231c)と、前記第2弁体に当接可能な第2突起部(231e)とを有し、
前記シャフトの開弁向き移動に伴い、前記第2突起部が前記第2弁体に当接して前記第2弁体が駆動されることにより、前記第2弁体が前記弁体内シート面から離れて前記ハウジング内通路と前記シリンダ内通路との間が開かれ、
前記シャフトのさらなる開弁向き移動に伴い、前記第1突起部が前記ガイド面に当接して前記第1弁体が駆動されることにより、前記第1弁体が前記シリンダシート面から離れて前記ハウジング内通路と前記シリンダ内通路との間が開かれるように構成されていることを特徴とする調圧リザーバ。 - ブレーキ操作部材(1)の操作に基づいてブレーキ液圧を発生させるブレーキ液圧発生手段(1〜3)と、
車輪に対して制動力を発生させる車輪制動力発生手段(4、5)と、
ブレーキ液を吸引し吐出するするポンプ(10)とを備える車両用ブレーキ装置に用いられる調圧リザーバであって、
前記ブレーキ液圧発生手段からの前記ブレーキ液が流入する流入管路(D)を有するハウジング(40)と、
ブレーキ液の貯留を行うと共に前記ポンプの吸入口が接続されるリザーバ室(20C)と、
前記リザーバ室の容積を可変とするピストン(221)、および前記ピストンを挟んで前記リザーバ室の反対側に配置されることで前記リザーバ室の容積を減少させる方向に前記ピストンを付勢するスプリング(223)を有するピストン部(22)と、
前記ピストンを挟んで前記リザーバ室の反対側に位置する背室(40b)内と前記リザーバ室内との間の差圧に基づいて変位する可動部(232、233)と、
前記リザーバ室と前記流入管路とを連通させるシリンダ内通路(216a)を内部に有するとともに、前記シリンダ内通路の一端側端部を囲むシリンダシート面(216c)を有する筒状のシリンダ(216)と、
前記流入管路と前記シリンダ内通路とを連通させる弁体内通路(211b、213a、213b)を内部に有するとともに、前記弁体内通路中に形成された弁体内シート面(211e)を有し、前記シリンダシート面と接離して前記流入管路と前記シリンダ内通路との間を開閉する筒状の第1弁体(211)と、
前記弁体内通路に配置され、前記弁体内シート面と接離して前記流入管路と前記シリンダ内通路との間を開閉する第2弁体(212)と、
内部に前記第1弁体が往復動自在に配置される筒状の保持部材(214)と、
前記シリンダ内通路に往復動自在に配置され、前記リザーバ室の容積が減少する際の前記可動部の変位に伴って移動することにより前記第1弁体および前記第2弁体を開弁向きに駆動するシャフト(231)とを備え、
前記第1弁体は、前記シリンダシート面に対向する面側に、当該第1弁体の往復動方向に対して非垂直なガイド面(211f)を有し、
前記シャフトは、前記ガイド面に当接可能な第1突起部(231c)と、前記第2弁体に当接可能な第2突起部(231e)とを有し、
前記シャフトの開弁向き移動に伴い、前記第2突起部が前記第2弁体に当接して前記第2弁体が駆動されることにより、前記第2弁体が前記弁体内シート面から離れて前記流入管路と前記シリンダ内通路との間が開かれ、
前記シャフトのさらなる開弁向き移動に伴い、前記第1突起部が前記ガイド面に当接して前記第1弁体が駆動されることにより、前記第1弁体が前記シリンダシート面から離れて前記流入管路と前記シリンダ内通路との間が開かれるように構成されていることを特徴とする調圧リザーバ。 - 前記ガイド面は、前記第1弁体の開弁向きに沿って拡径していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の調圧リザーバ。
- 前記ガイド面は、球面であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の調圧リザーバ。
- 前記ガイド面は、テーパ面であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の調圧リザーバ。
- 前記第1突起部における前記ガイド面に当接する面は、前記シャフトの径方向内側よりも前記シャフトの径方向外側が高くなる斜面となっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5に記載の調圧リザーバ。
- 前記第2突起部は、前記シャフトの中心軸に対して前記第1突起部と反対の方向にオフセットして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6に記載の調圧リザーバ。
