Claims (6)
- スラスト軸受における一対の軌道輪の間に挟まれた複数のボールを保持するスラスト軸受用保持器であって、
前記保持器は、前記ボールを保持するボールポケットを周方向に複数有するリング状板部材からなり、該リング状板部材は、射出成形可能なフッ素樹脂をベース樹脂とする樹脂組成物の射出成形体であることを特徴とするスラスト軸受用保持器。 - 前記フッ素樹脂は、テトラフルオロエチレン−パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体樹脂、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体樹脂、およびテトラフルオロエチレン−エチレン共重合体樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1つの樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、カーボン系配合剤を含まないことを特徴とする請求項2記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 前記ボールポケットは、前記ボールを脱着可能に保持する2分割以上に分割された爪部を有し、
前記爪部は、前記リング状板部材における前記軌道輪との対向面のうちの少なくとも一方の面において、前記ボールポケットの開口部周囲に形成されたスリットによって設けられた部位からなることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請求項3記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。 - 一対の軌道輪と、これら軌道輪間に挟まれた複数のボールと、該ボールを保持する保持器とからなるスラスト軸受であって、
前記保持器が、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項記載のスラスト軸受用保持器であることを特徴とするスラスト軸受。 - 前記ボールが、セラミックス製であることを特徴とする請求項5記載のスラスト軸受。
