Claims (11)
- 真空ポンプのためのロータデバイスであって、
ロータ軸(10)と、
該ロータ軸(10)に配置された少なくとも1つのロータ要素(12)と
を備えており、
前記少なくとも1つのロータ要素(12)はアルミニウム、チタン及び/又はCFRPを含んでおり、前記ロータ軸(10)はクロム−ニッケル鋼を含んでいることを特徴とする真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つのロータ要素(12)は、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金及び/又は高強度アルミニウムから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのロータ要素(12)は、チタン及び/又はチタン合金から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのロータ要素(12)は、CFRPから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。
- 前記ロータ軸(10)は、硫黄が加えられたクロム−ニッケル鋼を含んでおり、特に硫黄が加えられたクロム−ニッケル鋼から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。
- 前記ロータ軸(10)はステンレス鋼合金を含んでおり、該ステンレス鋼合金は、特にステンレス鋼X8CrNiS18-9 であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのロータ要素(12)が前記ロータ軸(10)に室温で外嵌され得るように、材料対が選択されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。
- 複数のロータ要素(12)が、前記ロータ軸(10)の長手方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。
- 前記ロータ要素はロータディスク(12)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つのスペーサ要素(24)が、前記ロータ要素(12)の内の2つのロータ要素間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス。
- 真空ポンプ、特にターボ分子ポンプであって、
請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプのためのロータデバイス
を備えており、
前記ロータ軸(10)は、軸受要素(28)によってポンプハウジング(14)に支持されており、
前記ロータ軸(10)に結合された駆動手段(22)と、
前記ポンプハウジング(14)に配置された少なくとも1つのステータ要素(16)と
を更に備えていることを特徴とする真空ポンプ。
