Claims (9)
- 伝動装置(2)を介して駆動ユニットおよび/または従動ユニット(A1、A2、A3、A4、A5、A6、A7)を機械ラインへと統合しており、
内蔵された前記伝動装置(2)が、基本的には、大歯車軸(13)を備えた中心の大歯車(9)と、小歯車軸(11、16、17)を備えた複数の小歯車(10、14、15)とを含んでおり、
前記大歯車(9)が前記小歯車(10、14、15)と作用結合しており、前記小歯車軸(11、16、17)の端部がそれぞれ、駆動ユニットおよび/または従動ユニット(A1、A2、A3、A4、A5)と作用結合しており、
前記大歯車軸(13)が、駆動ユニットおよび/または従動ユニット(A7)と作用結合している伝動ターボ機械(1)において、
前記駆動ユニットおよび/または従動ユニット(A1)が、1段式または多段式で片持ち支持された軸流膨張機であり、
前記軸流膨張機(A1)のハウジング(20)が、前記軸流膨張機(A1)の流入領域(21)が前記伝動装置(2)のハウジング(7)に直接的に隣り合うように、前記伝動装置(2)の前記ハウジング(7)にフランジ接続されており、軸流膨張機(A1)と伝動装置(2)との間の移行領域(22)が冷媒によって冷却され得ることを特徴とする伝動ターボ機械(1)。 - 前記軸流膨張機(A1)の前記ハウジング(20)および/または前記伝動装置(2)の前記ハウジング(7)が、冷媒用の流路(23)を内包していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝動ターボ機械(1)。
- 前記軸流膨張機(A1)のハウジング(20)が、中間壁(24)と共に、前記伝動装置(2)のハウジング(7)にフランジ接続されており、前記中間壁(24)が、前記冷媒用の流路(23)を内包していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の伝動ターボ機械(1)。
- 前記冷媒の必要量および/または組成が、前記駆動ユニットまたは従動ユニット(A1、A2、A3、A4、A5、A6、A7)の種類に応じて、それぞれの前記駆動ユニットまたは従動ユニット(A1、A2、A3、A4、A5、A6、A7)の流入口および/または流出口でのプロセス媒体のそれぞれの温度に基づいて決められることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ターボ機械(1)。
- 前記伝動装置では、前記大歯車(9)と前記小歯車(10、14、15)の1つとの間に、駆動軸(6)を備えた駆動小歯車(8)が配置されており、前記駆動小歯車が、前記大歯車(9)と前記小歯車(10、14、15)の1つと作用結合しており、かつ前記駆動小歯車(8)が駆動ユニット(A6)と作用結合していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ターボ機械(1)。
- 内蔵された前記伝動装置(2)と、前記駆動ユニットおよび/または従動ユニット(A1、A2、A3、A4、A5、A6、A7)とが、前記軸流膨張機(A1)のハウジング(20)を介して共通の機械基礎(4)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ターボ機械(1)。
- 前記小歯車軸(16、17)に取り付けられた前記従動ユニット(A2、A3、A4、A5)が、圧縮機段(II、III、IV、V)の羽根車であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ターボ機械(1)。
- 前記伝動装置では、前記大歯車(9)と前記小歯車(10、14、15)の1つとの間に、駆動軸(6)を備えた駆動小歯車(8)が配置されており、
前記駆動小歯車(8)と作用結合している前記駆動ユニット(A6)が、ターボ原動機、電気式駆動機、または燃焼駆動機であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ターボ機械(1)。 - 前記大歯車軸(13)に対して回転しないように前記大歯車軸(13)に作用結合している前記駆動ユニット(A7)が、モータおよび/または発電機であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ターボ機械(1)。
