Description
Claims (13)
- ガス入口及び出口を有するインペラを備える遠心圧縮機であって、前記インペラは、入力駆動装置、及び該インペラの周辺に前記出口に隣接して位置決めされた衝動タービンロータを有し、この衝動タービンロータは出力軸を駆動し、前記衝動タービンロータは、前記インペラを出る高速のガスにより駆動され、前記インペラは、複数の半径方向のインペラブレードを有し、これらのインペラブレードから出るガスの速度を維持して、前記ガスの減速を軽減するように構成され、前記衝動タービンロータに入るガスの圧力が、当該衝動タービンロータの出口において維持される遠心圧縮機。
- 請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機において、前記衝動タービンロータの出力軸が、前記インペラの前記入力駆動装置を補助する遠心圧縮機。
- 請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機において、ギヤボックスを、前記衝動タービンロータの前記出力軸と前記インペラの前記入力駆動装置との間に配置した遠心圧縮機。
- 請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機において、前記衝動タービンロータの前記出力軸を、前記インペラを駆動する複式遊星ギヤボックスに結合した遠心圧縮機。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機において、ステータを、前記インペラの前記出口と前記衝動タービンロータとの間に位置決めして流出ガスの向きを変える遠心圧縮機。
- 遠心圧縮機及び駆動タービンを備える閉サイクル駆動ユニットであって、ガス入口及び出口を有するケーシングの入口内に配置されたインペラを備え、このインペラは、入力駆動装置、及び該インペラの周辺に前記出口に隣接して位置決めされた衝動タービンロータを有し、この衝動タービンロータは、前記インペラの前記入力駆動装置に結合された出力軸を駆動し、前記衝動タービンロータは、前記インペラを出る高速のガスにより駆動され、前記インペラは、複数の半径方向のインペラブレードを有し、これらのインペラブレードから出るガスの速度を維持して、前記ガスの減速を軽減するように構成され、前記衝動タービンロータに入るガスの圧力が、当該衝動タービンロータの出口において維持され、前記駆動タービンは、ガス入口、ガス出口、及び駆動タービン出力軸を有し、前記衝動タービンの排気は、熱交換機を通過して前記駆動タービンの前記ガス入口に供給され、前記駆動タービンの前記ガス出口は、前記遠心圧縮機の前記ガス入口に結合され、前記駆動タービン出力軸は、前記遠心圧縮機の前記インペラの前記入力駆動装置に結合される閉サイクル駆動ユニット。
- オルタネータ又は発電機を駆動し、冷却塔に結合したコンデンサを有する閉サイクル蒸気タービンと、同じく前記オルタネータ又は発電機を駆動する閉サイクル駆動ユニットとを備え、前記コンデンサからの熱を熱交換機に供給して、該熱交換機を通過するガスを加熱する発電所であって、前記閉サイクル駆動ユニットは、遠心圧縮機に関連する駆動タービンを備え、前記遠心圧縮機は、入力駆動装置を有するインペラを備え、このインペラは、該インペラの周辺に位置決めされて該インペラを出るガスによって駆動される衝動タービンを有し、前記衝動タービンの排気は、前記熱交換器を通過して前記駆動タービンに供給されて当該駆動タービンを駆動し、前記駆動タービンの排気は、前記遠心圧縮機の入口に供給され、前記駆動タービンの出力軸は、前記入力駆動装置に結合される発電所。
- 出力軸、外部加熱式の熱交換機、及び請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機を有する蒸気タービンを備える発電所であって、前記蒸気タービンは前記熱交換器により駆動され、前記蒸気タービンの排気は、前記遠心圧縮機のガス入口に供給され、前記衝動タービンロータの排気は、前記熱交換機を通って前記蒸気タービンに伝わり、前記蒸気タービンの前記出力軸及び前記衝動タービンロータの前記出力軸は、ギヤボックスに結合されて前記遠心圧縮機及びオルタネータを駆動して発電させる発電所。
- 請求項8に記載の発電所において、前記熱交換機を、ガスタービンの排気により加熱する発電所。
- 閉サイクル駆動ユニットを有するガス液化プラントであって、前記閉サイクル駆動ユニットの作動ガスは、液化対象ガスよりも低い液化温度を有するガスであり、前記液化対象ガスを、熱交換機により冷却して液体形態にするガス液化プラントであって、前記閉サイクル駆動ユニットは、遠心圧縮機に関連する駆動タービンを備え、前記遠心圧縮機は、入力駆動装置を有するインペラを備え、このインペラは、該インペラの周辺に位置決めされて該インペラを出るガスによって駆動される衝動タービンを有し、前記衝動タービンの排気は、前記熱交換器を通過して前記駆動タービンに供給されて当該駆動タービンを駆動し、前記駆動タービンの排気は、前記遠心圧縮機の入口に供給され、前記駆動タービンの出力軸は、前記入力駆動装置に結合されるガス液化プラント。
- 請求項10に記載のガス液化プラントにおいて、前記作動ガスはネオンであり、前記液化対象ガスはメタンであるガス液化プラント。
- 遠心圧縮機においてエネルギーを回収する方法であって、
前記遠心圧縮機のインペラ内にガスを取り込み、前記インペラが高速で回転する際に、前記ガスを遠心力で圧縮するステップと、
前記インペラのブレードから出る前記ガスの減速を軽減し、これにより、前記ガスの圧力を維持しつつ、前記ブレードの出口における前記ガスの温度の増加を軽減するステップと、
前記インペラから出る高速のガスを、前記インペラの周辺に装着した衝動タービンロータ内に指向させ、これにより、前記衝動タービンロータに結合された出力軸を駆動することによって、前記衝動タービンロータを駆動して、前記衝動タービンロータの出口における前記ガスの圧力を維持しつつ、前記高速のガスからエネルギーを回収するステップと、
前記衝動タービンロータから出るガスを、出口ボリュートを通して排気するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記衝動タービンロータの出力軸とのギヤを介した相互接続により、前記インペラの入力軸を駆動するステップを含む請求項12に記載の方法。
