Claims (8)
- 主吸気口を囲む少なくとも1つの支持フレーム(2)と、閉位置と開位置との間にフラップ回転軸周りに回転可能となるように支持され、スライドボルト(7)と作動的に連結されたフラップレバー(3.1)が成形又は形成された複数のカバーフラップ(3)と、前記カバーフラップ(3)を位置決めするためのアクチュエータ(5)とを含む自動車用のラジエータグリルレイアウト(1)であって、
前記カバーフラップ(3)、前記スライドボルト(7)、及び前記アクチュエータ(5)を取り付けるためのフラップフレーム(4)を備え、
前記フラップフレーム(4)が2つの部分で形成され、ラジエータカウリングの前記支持フレーム(2)に摩擦接合で、成形接合で、及び/又は材料接合で固定可能である
ことを特徴とするラジエータグリルレイアウト。 - 前記カバーフラップ(3)、前記スライドボルト(7)、及び前記アクチュエータ(5)を取り付けるために取付ユニット(7.2)が前記フラップフレーム(4)に成形又は形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のラジエータグリルレイアウト。 - 前記アクチュエータ(5)が前記フラップフレーム(4)に浮動的に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のラジエータグリルレイアウト。 - 前記アクチュエータ(5)による前記カバーフラップ(3)上に移動する動きが、前記支持フレーム(2)及び前記カバーフラップ(3)に形成された止め要素(3.2、3.3)によって制限可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のラジエータグリルレイアウト。 - 駆動レバー(6)の旋回を制限するために、前記アクチュエータ(5)に端部止め(5.1、5.2)が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のラジエータグリルレイアウト。 - 前記アクチュエータ(5)のトルクが前記スライドボルト(7)により前記カバーフラップ(3)へ伝達可能であるように、前記アクチュエータ(5)が前記スライドボルト(7)と結合している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のラジエータグリルレイアウト。 - 前記スライドボルト(7)の動きに影響されずに、それぞれの前記フラップレバー(3.1)が実質的に連続的にそれぞれの前記フラップレバー(3.1)に適合する切り欠き部(7.1)に当接するように、形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のラジエータグリルレイアウト。 - それぞれの前記カバーフラップ(3)の前記フラップ回転軸が中央に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のラジエータグリルレイアウト。
