Claims (13)
- 第1の構成部分の回転運動を第2の構成部分の直線運動へと変換するリニア駆動装置で使用するカム歯車であって、該カム歯車の端面にカム溝が設けられている、カム歯車において、
前記カム歯車は扇形歯車として構成されており、歯車の周方向における前記カム溝の2つの端部部分のうち少なくとも一方が開放されていることを特徴とする、カム歯車。 - 前記カム溝のカム曲線は五次多項式曲線であって、出発点及び終端点では前記曲線は比較的平坦である、請求項1記載のカム歯車。
- 前記カム溝は、歯車の周方向で180°〜320°の範囲内の角度にわたって延在している、請求項1記載のカム歯車。
- 前記カム溝は、導入セグメントと、移動セグメントと、噛み合いセグメントとを有しており、前記導入セグメントは前記第2の構成部分に固定されて接続される従動体を導入するのに使用され、前記移動セグメントは、前記従動体の直線運動行程を行わせるのに使用され、前記噛み合いセグメントは、前記従動体が行程の終端点に達したときに前記カム歯車が前記第1の構成部分から係合解除されるのを阻止するのに使用される、請求項1記載のカム歯車。
- 前記導入セグメントの開口部に、外側に向かって広がるホーン形の開口が設けられている、請求項4記載のカム歯車。
- 前記導入セグメントの曲線プロフィールの少なくとも一部は、規定された高さだけ上昇している、請求項4記載のカム歯車。
- 前記移動セグメントは、歯車の周方向で150°〜300°の範囲内の角度にわたって延在している、請求項4記載のカム歯車。
- 前記カム歯車の中央に、非円形横断面を有する軸穴が設けられている、請求項1記載のカム歯車。
- 前記軸穴の横断面がD字型である、請求項8記載のカム歯車。
- 前記カム歯車に制限ピンがさらに設けられており、前記ピンは、機械的なストッパとして使用されるように、前記リニア駆動装置のハウジングに設けられた構造と協働する、請求項1記載のカム歯車。
- 歯車の周方向で前記カム歯車の扇形面が延在している長さは、歯車の周方向で前記カム溝が延在している長さに適合されている、請求項1記載のカム歯車。
- 歯車の周方向における前記カム溝の両端部分が開かれている、請求項11記載のカム歯車。
- モータ(2)と、
該モータの出力軸に固定されて接続されたピニオン歯車(5)及び該ピニオン歯車(5)に噛み合う伝動歯車(6)を備えた減速伝動段と、
前記伝動歯車(6)の回転運動を、出力コネクティングロッド(7)の直線運動へと変換するリニア伝動段と、を有し、前記出力コネクティングロッドは単に直線的に動かされるようにスリーブ部材(10)内に収容されている、リニア駆動装置(1)であって、
前記伝動歯車(6)は、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のカム歯車であることを特徴とする、リニア駆動装置。
