Description
Claims (17)
- 閉弁部材(120)と結合された弁棒(110)と、
弁ハウジング(130)と、
弁座(140)と、
電動機(150)であって、該電動機(150)により前記弁棒(110)が運動可能である、電動機(150)と、
を備える、自動車用の弁アッセンブリ(100)であって、
前記弁アッセンブリ(100)は、雄ねじ山(160)と雌ねじ山(170)とを有するねじ伝動装置を備えており、
前記弁棒(110)が、雌ねじ山(170)を有する構成部材と結合されていて、前記弁アッセンブリ(100)が、雄ねじ山(160)を有しており、
前記弁棒(110)は、第1の伝動車(180)と結合されており、前記弁アッセンブリ(100)は、少なくとも1つの第2の伝動車(190)を備え、該第2の伝動車(190)は、回動運動を直接にまたは中間伝動装置を介して前記第1の伝動車(180)へ伝達可能であるように配置されている
ことを特徴とする、自動車用の弁アッセンブリ(100)。 - 前記弁アッセンブリ(100)は、さらに磁界センサ(210)を備え、さらに磁石(220)が、前記磁界センサ(210)を用いて弁の位置を検出することができるように、前記弁棒(110)と結合されて配置されている、請求項1記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記弁棒(110)は、該弁棒(110)が前記雄ねじ山(160)をも有するように、中実の材料から加工されている、請求項1または2記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記雄ねじ山(160)は、別体のスリーブを介して前記弁棒(110)に取り付けられている、請求項1または2記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記雄ねじ山(160)または前記雌ねじ山(170)は、射出成形を用いて、前記弁棒(110)に取り付けられている、請求項1または2記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記第1の伝動車(180)と前記雄ねじ山(160)とが、または前記第1の伝動車(180)と前記雌ねじ山(170)とが、一体の射出成形品として製造されている、請求項5記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記弁アッセンブリ(100)は、さらに磁界センサ(210)を備え、さらに磁石(220)が、前記磁界センサ(210)を用いて前記弁棒(110)の位置を検出することができるように、前記弁棒(110)と結合されて配置されており、前記第1の伝動車(180)と前記雄ねじ山(160)とが、または前記第1の伝動車(180)と前記雌ねじ山(170)とが、共通の1つの射出成形品に製造されており、該射出成形品は、前記磁石(220)が製造時に射出成形によって包囲されることにより、前記磁石(220)を前記弁棒(110)と結合する、請求項6記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記第1の伝動車(180)により大きなトルクが作用しないとき、前記弁棒(110)が初期位置へ回動して戻されるように、機械式の戻し要素(310)またはばねが、前記弁棒(110)と前記弁ハウジング(130)とに結合されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記弁棒(110)は、1つまたは複数の滑り軸受(410)内で案内される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 追加のスリーブ(510)が、前記弁棒(110)と該スリーブ(510)の内壁との間に、前記弁棒(110)の直径の少なくとも1/10よりも小さい環状間隙しか存在せず、前記スリーブ(510)が外壁でもって前記弁ハウジング(130)に接触するように、前記弁棒(110)の周りにおいて前記弁ハウジング(130)に配置されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 少なくとも1つの環状のシール(610)が、前記弁棒(110)の周りに位置しており、前記シール(610)は、前記弁ハウジング(130)と前記弁棒(110)とに緊密に接触している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記環状のシール(610)は、エラストマ材料から製造されている、請求項11記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記シール(610)と前記弁棒(110)との間に、PTFE(620)から成る要素が配置されている、請求項12記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記第1の伝動車(180)がストッパ(185)を有し、前記弁ハウジング(130)に別のストッパ(135)が配置されており、該別のストッパ(135)は、前記第1の伝動車(180)における前記ストッパ(185)に対応するように配置されているとともに、前記第1の伝動車(180)の回動運動を制限している、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 前記弁アッセンブリ(100)は、排気ガス再循環弁アッセンブリ(100)として使用されるときに温度に耐えるように構成されている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 少なくとも1つの追加の伝動車(710)が、前記第1の伝動車(180)と前記第2の伝動車(190)との間で回動運動を伝達し、前記第1の伝動車(180)と前記第2の伝動車(190)とが相互に接触していない、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
- 少なくとも1つの伝動車(180,190,710)の、回動軸線に沿った延伸長さが、増大されており、前記弁棒(110)のストロークの全体にわたって前記伝動車(180,190)の充分な係合または重畳が保証されている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の弁アッセンブリ(100)。
