Abstract
Description

本明細書に記載の抗菌性組成物は、殺菌剤、細胞溶解剤、汚染予防を含む、様々な用途に採用することができる。このような組成物は、微生物による汚染を受けやすい表面またはバイオフィルムコーティングがその上に形成されやすい表面の、汚染の殺菌または汚染からの保護に効果的である。本明細書に記載の抗菌性組成物は、ウイルスおよび真菌感染に対して非常に有効であり得るが、このような組成物は、大腸菌(E. coli)、黄色ブドウ球菌(S. aureus)、緑膿菌(P. aeruginosa)、およびサルモネラ菌(S. enterica)に対しても有効である。このような抗菌性組成物は、出芽酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)などの真菌生物(例えば、酵母株)に対しても有効であり得る。さらに、そのような抗菌性組成物は、アスペルギルス(Aspergillus)に対しても有効であり得る。
Claims (57)
- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の、キレート剤と、1種以上の界面活性剤とを含む、抗菌性組成物。
- 前記キレート剤が、エチレンジアミン四酢酸またはその塩(EDTA)を含む、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 約0.1%〜約3%(w/v)(質量/体積パーセント濃度)のEDTAと、約0.01%〜約2.0%(w/v)の1種以上の界面活性剤とを含む、請求項2に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 約0.2%〜約2.5%(w/v)のEDTAと、約0.05%〜約1.5%(w/v)の1種以上の界面活性剤とを含む、請求項2に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記1種以上の界面活性剤が、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記1種以上の界面活性剤が、双性イオン性界面活性剤を含む、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 過酸化物を含まない、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の油成分をさらに含み、前記油成分が、ティートリー油、オレガノ油、レモングラス油、ラベンダー油、シトロネラ油、ユーカリ油、クローブ油、シナモン油、およびペパーミント油の1種以上を含む、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記油成分が、前記抗菌性組成物の約0.5%(体積/体積パーセント濃度(v/v))以下を占める、請求項8に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の、炭素原子5〜10個の範囲の鎖長を有する直鎖1,2−アルカンジオールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記直鎖1,2−アルカンジオールが、1,2−ペンタンジオールまたは1,2−ヘキサンジオールを含む、請求項10に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の殺菌性テルペノイドをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記殺菌性テルペノイドが、チモール、カルバクロール、オイゲノール、およびリモネンの1種以上を含む、請求項12に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記殺菌性テルペノイドが、前記抗菌性組成物の約0.5%(w/v)以下を占める、請求項12に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 大腸菌(Escherichia coli (E. coli))、黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus))、緑膿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa))、サルモネラ菌(Salmonella enterica (S. enterica))、百日咳菌(Bordetella pertussis (B. pertussis))、および出芽酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)の1種以上に対して活性である、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 微生物によって汚染された疑いのある表面の浄化における使用のために構成された、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- その上にバイオフィルムコーティングが形成された疑いのある表面の浄化における使用のために構成された、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 約7〜約9のpHを有する、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 緩衝剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記緩衝剤が、トリス-塩酸およびトリス-クエン酸の1種以上を含む、請求項19に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.999%有効である、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.9999%有効である、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 表面に適用された後12日後まで黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物を含む製品。
- 請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物を用いる表面の殺菌方法。
- 請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物を用いて表面の細菌または真菌による汚染を防止する、方法。
- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の1,2−ヘキサンジオールまたは1,2−ペンタンジオールと、1種以上の界面活性剤とを含む、抗菌性組成物。
- 約1.0%〜約10%(v/v)(体積/体積パーセント濃度)の1,2−ヘキサンジオールまたは1,2−ペンタンジオールと、約0.01%〜約2.0%(w/v)の1種以上の界面活性剤とを含む、請求項28に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 約2%〜約5%(v/v)の1,2−ヘキサンジオールまたは1,2−ペンタンジオールと、約0.1%〜約1.0%(w/v)の1種以上の界面活性剤とを含む、請求項28に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項28に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 5%(v/v)以上の1,2-ヘキサンジオールを含む抗菌性組成物であって、大腸菌(E. coli)、黄色ブドウ球菌(S. aureus)、緑膿菌(P. aeruginosa)、サルモネラ菌(S. enterica)、百日咳菌(B. pertussis)、および出芽酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)の少なくとも1つに対して活性である、抗菌性組成物。

- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の1,2−ヘキサンジオールおよび1,2−ペンタンジオールとの混合物を含む、抗菌性組成物。
- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の1種以上の界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項37に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の油成分をさらに含み、前記油成分が、ティートリー油、オレガノ油、レモングラス油、ラベンダー油、シトロネラ油、ユーカリ油、クローブ油、シナモン油、およびペパーミント油の1種以上を含む、請求項37に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記1種以上の界面活性剤が、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(SDS)およびトリトン(登録商標)界面活性剤の1種以上を含む、請求項38に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus))に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項37に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の1,2−ヘキサンジオールと漂白剤との混合物を含む、抗菌性組成物。
- 約5%(v/v)の1,2−ヘキサンジオールと、約1%〜約10%(w/v)の漂白剤とを含む、請求項42に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 約5%(v/v)の1,2−ヘキサンジオールと、約1%〜約5%(w/v)の漂白剤とを含む、請求項43に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記漂白剤が、塩素系の漂白剤である、請求項43に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記漂白剤が、過酸化物系の漂白剤である、請求項43に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記漂白剤が、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムである、請求項43に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記漂白剤が、過酸化水素である、請求項43に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 表面に適用された後5日後まで黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項43に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 表面に適用された後12日後まで黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus))に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項43に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 相乗的な抗菌性に有効な量の:
a)キレート剤、ここで、前記キレート剤は、エチレンジアミン四酢酸またはその塩(EDTA)を含む;
b)直鎖1,2−アルカンジオール;
c)1種以上の界面活性剤;および
d)殺菌性テルペノイド
を含む抗菌性組成物であって、大腸菌(Escherichia coli (E. coli))、黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus))、緑膿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa))、サルモネラ菌(Salmonella enterica (S. enterica))、百日咳菌(Bordetella pertussis (B. pertussis))、および出芽酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)の1種以上に対して活性である、抗菌性組成物。 - 表面に適用された後10分後に黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項51に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 表面に適用された後24時間後に黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項51に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 表面に適用された後5日後に黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項51に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 表面に適用された後12日後に黄色ブドウ球菌 (S. aureus)に対して少なくとも99.99%有効である、請求項51に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 約0.2%〜約3%(w/v)のEDTA、約1%〜約10%(v/v)の直鎖1.2−アルカンジオール、約0.01%〜約2.0%(w/v)の1種以上の界面活性剤、および約0.5%(w/v)以下の殺菌性テルペノイドを含み、前記直鎖1,2−アルカンジオールが、炭素原子5〜10個の範囲の鎖長を有する、請求項51に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 約1.5%(w/v)のEDTA、約3%(v/v)の直鎖1,2−アルカンジオール、約0.1%(v/v)の1種以上の界面活性剤、および約0.1%(w/v)の殺菌性テルペノイドを含み、前記直鎖1,2−アルカンジオールが、炭素原子5〜10個の範囲の鎖長を有する、請求項51に記載の抗菌性組成物。
